The Borneville's disease is helped mostly I think with Ubiquinol CoQ10, not ubiquinone at this stage. Roughly for a 50 pound person I calculated to be 400 to 600 mg, and Quercetin 1000 mg. The doctors are likely to use rapamycin, but this is immunosuppressive. I prefer natural supplements that have anti proliferative nature, such as resveratrol 500 mg (which is rather large), chopped garlic, cats claw extract, mimosine, lycopene, citrus pectin, vitamin C, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic acid), vitamin E tocotrienols are the most well known. If it requires more radical supplement and get some energy to get out of coma for instance, it would have to be clove oil, methylene blue 0.1% drops, and Alpha Lipoic Acid with Acetyl L Carnitine are what I would look for. Since I don't have any cases here in Thailand I cannot tell you more details. But these are short term treatments for people who is unconscious and had tumor removed, so I could not recommend other supplements at the moment.
