Licorice extract is estrogen like in hormone, provided you take this along with some potassium bicarbonate, or potassium citrate, to prevent sodium retention. Only 1/2 or 1 teaspoon per day should be sufficient.
To balance your hormones, try adding a pinch or two of borax to one liter of water. This will help maintain magnesium/calcium in balance. Take lots of vitamin D3 of about 10,000 IU, as this is a form of steroidal hormone and will really be helpful. Take at least 2000 I.U. vitamin E as it is very helpful with hormone conditions. For body to operate optimally on hormones/steroid/fats, take granulated lecithin of about 1000 mg per day along with food.
Hair loss can be remedied by taking sodium ascorbate, 500 mg. per day.
Finally, you need to stabilize your system by stabiling your pH, take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and citric acid everyday. This last formula should help clear calcium from your body. To give more energy just add malic acid 500 mg. or take about one or two tablespoon of malic acid.
Completely avoid canola oil, margarine, cookies, pastries and all those hydrogenated vegetable oils. These tend to disrupt the hormone system. Use only real unprocessed coconut oil or olive oil.
Take evening primrose oil in equal portions with fish oil. Primrose is omega 6, fish oil is omega 3, it must be taken in equal portions and the body should balance it itself of your steroid hormones.
If you are losing hair, take a good dose of gingseng or ginseng extract. This will help with certain hormonal conditions, which necessary for your condition relating to the loss of hair.
This just covers most of it. Finally, look up "Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation" and do some exercises to help balance the chakras, and hence the hormones.
Hormonal issue is a serious one and therefore, you should look into taking some melatonin every night. This will help the body rest and allow recovery. You might consider taking some now and then natural thymulin extract (e.g. Armour brain).
Then finally consider adding cilantro to your soups to help chelate out heavy metals to normalize the body and help reactivate suppressed glandular issues.
Eat kelp or seaweed fairly often as this is the only bioavailable form of iodine to help rejuvenate some thymus/parathyroid/throidal gland also.
It is difficult to cover every aspect, but you may need to stay away from milk, white flour and sugar. If you manage to follow all this, you should notice a clear improvement in the conditions within one week.
Sorry that I can't cover more of this, since hormone conditions are quite difficult to treat and needs a large assortment of supplements to help, especially when the organs were removed.
