Since spring is coming, it appears you are suffering them throughout the winter. It appears that 2000 i.u. of vitamin D3 and plenty of sunshine is needed here. Take some cod liver oil now and then, some evening primrose oil (twice a week at 1000 mg), flaxseed oil once a week, and vitamin A 25,000 i.u. twice a week, and most importantly fish oil (omega 3). The body's oils are imbalance and this should resolve most of the conditions.
Shampooing is best if done using just a borax solution and some epsom salt, 10% concentration each as a shampoo. This should get rid of most of the bacteria and viruses quite well, but it won't resolve the biochemical imbalances. Vitamin C sodium ascorbate 1000 mg. is another one that you should try to take once a day. Ted
