The milk tends to neutralize the acid buildup of the ACV. You would get much better results just taking 2 tablespoons of ACV plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and then add about 1/2 glass of water. Allow the fizz to settle down, and often taken on an empty stomach 3 times a day or before meals by 1 or more hours.
