Tea tree will help prevent itching, even without the lavender oil, but without lavender oil, it may be a little irritating if tea tree oil is put in overnight. Lavender oil is anti inflammatory and helps in reducing some of dandruff. The cause of pimples in head is common to people who drink a lot of sodas, sugar, carbs and fried foods. Try to apply every night and not use shampoos, as it contains sodium lauryl sulfate. Borax solution is applied too and that should help with basic dandruff, but I think if you apply a 1/2 teaspoon of 100 cc tannic acid it will dry up the small pimples, but we haven't gotten to the root of the problem for that. Do that first and see how it goes.

08/29/2011: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Try borax and baking soda in the hair, it is anti-fungal, the ACV may be too acid and may be a problem for you. Make a solution where it is water soluble and keep it in the hair for at least 10 minutes.
