Ruined My Health!

I have been feeling lousy for about 5 years. I have Celiac disease. I used to be healthy as an ox. Since I was forced to change my diet I've been having one problem after another. I've tried ThreeLac to boost intestinal strength. No luck. I tried Super Food. No luck. Once a week I wake up feeling lousy. I check my ph levels and both are on the high end. Soon afterward I vomit up alot of mucus from my stomach. I need help. Any ideas

Try taking some vitamin b complex, lecithin, and soy protein supplements and see how this turns out. I have noticed marked improvements in moods. Stay away from all fluoride products and chlorinated waters as well as aspartame sweeteners.
