I would try citric acid as a sequestrant and to improve the liver, milk thistle, ginger tea, tumeric, and some msm for the sulfur content in helping out the fatty liver. Of course most reflux may actually have to do with lack of vitamin B50 deficiency so I will take B50 for at least two weeks, everyday. For starters.
