1. By reducing the calcification by taking magnesium and boron supplements. Magnesium is antagonistic to calcium. Boron balances calcium and magnesium, while removing fluoride (a condition of fluorosis). The other issue is the restoration of pH by taking more citric acid and sodium bicarbonate. For example, say 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid + sodium bicarbonate twice a day once in the morning and once in evening. The citric acid or citrates (sodium citrate) will chelate out the excess calcium while the sodium bicarbonate will restore or alkalize your blood pH, thus reducing the calcium buildup. Drinking more water will help but it is necessary to drinking dechlorinated water. Get a water dechlorinator, the ones that remove chlorine from your drinking water. They are usually available in aquarium and pet shops. The other thing that causes the body's build up of precipitation and calcification is caused by the undue heavy metal buildup in your blood. When this happens, the body's blood tends to buildup into a precipitate much like blood failing to hold the nutrients and drop out of the solution, and in this case can accumulate. As such, taking EDTA orally daily will help reduce this heavy metal buildup restoring the blood colloidal solution normally.
2. Improve circulation by the use of antioxidants such as vitamin E. This will also restore ovary function and I found vitamin E to be most helpful. However, vitamin C should also be taken, but in the form of sodium ascorbate.
3. Possibly restoration of adrenal problems by taking licorice extract should help restore some hormonal functions.
4. DHEA might help as this is consider the mother of all hormones. Most supplements will give you about 25 mg. but for women, I think 5- 12 mg might be safer. It is important to avoid all GMO (soybean), insecticide, plastic bottles, etc. as these are pseudoestrogen and may cause harm to normal hormonal functions. It is also important to stay away from vaccination, (yearly or others) as these might have hormonal chemical that causes the body to attack against its own hormones. Taking some kelp, fish oil, seaweed, or glyconutrients should help restore many of the problems you are currently having.
