Whenever a fallopian tubes are severed, the menstrual cramps and blood gets clogged up and while vitamin E 2000 i.u. and aspirin 500 mg may reduce clotting to reduce some of the mensual cramps, as well as 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid, I have found that keeping the blood bright red by oxygenation therapies through adding 6 drops of 3% H2O2 in one glass of water taken three times a day to at least prevent the blood from infecting itself which can lead to septicemia in some case. One other that can protect against severe cramps that I might consider is the 500 mg of magnesium in the form of citrates or gluconates, taken twice a day for more severe menstrual cramps.
The blockages of fallopian even a slight one and especially if the blood clots readily, can lead to a lot of problem. Hence slowing down the clots, providing magnesium to reduce muscle pain and prevent toxic shock syndrome, and alkalizing and reducing blood calcium to normal status using the baking soda and citric acid should at least by some time.
The only available option that is seen is a reversal tubal ligation, which would require microsurgery and this is an expensive option. I think if nothing works, I would talk with the doctors.
