It is due to a virus. Lysine 1/4 teaspoon every hour for four hours for a month, plus 250 mg N acetyl cysteine, and some zinc acetate at 25 mg for 2 weeks, then perhaps weekly dose. You really need D3 5000 iu with magnesium at least for three months and that is my opinion.
