I have a lot of people with much worse ulcerative colitis then you and they have since recovered too. The issue is mycobacterium, it's a health threat since it is one bug that doesn't respond to standard sterilization and the authorities actually allow much of the food supply left unchecked.
do you feel I should continue to take this Humic acid for the rest of my life to keep me alkaline and in good health What do you recommend
You can take for health purposes if you want, but you take it less for course. Too much causes constipation but the level I mention is fine. Getting yourself alkaline is paramount, getting yourself re-mineralized is just as important. Humic acid is the only substance I found to kill the mycobacterium as no dangerous organism can grow on this stuff. That's why peat moss mummies do not get decayed. The black peat moss is actually humic acid. Remember mycobacterium is everywhere, in your milk products and food products, and those without stomach acid are most vulnerable to ulcerative colitis or Crohn's. Yes the cause is known, but they didn't go about finding the cure.
If you feel you have cured yourself, it is to your discretion whether to continue or not. I, for example, take it weekly or twice weekly.
Ted
P.S. The humic acid, cinnamon oil, aloe vera also works against Johne's disease which is wasting away of cow's and works also against Crohn's disease because the bacterium is in the same family in general. It can used in food and packaged food product disinfectant against mycobacterium, in particular the humic acid. Aloe works in regenerating cells.

I need a reliable source of HUMIC ACID in Toronto, Canada. I need the power one. I went yesterday to Homedepos but couldn't find it and the workers there have no idea about it.
Best regards,
Tommy
