But there appears you need another that is missing from your diets. Magnesium, which could be in the form of magnesium glycinate, magnesium chloride, magnesium malate, but NEVER magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, or magnesium hydroxide, as it won't go through the gut as easily, and may make the conditions worse. Supplement companies maximized there profit by adding magnesium oxide or even magnesium sulfate (Epson salt), where the first instance is poorly water soluble hence not bioavailable and second instance, magnesium sulfate is acidic, but in some cases it is emetic (induces vomiting) and diarrhea. This will help restore you energy level, it did with me and it works also in restoring normal heart patterns and energy. It may restore your sleep patterns somewhat also, magnesium and apple cider vinegar and baking soda. Make SURE it doesn't contain calcium formula in the magnesium, it doesn't work as well and actually causes weight gain.
This is the basic remedy, there are more advanced one, but always start with this.

Ted replies to Anonymous: "I get similar problems and doctors are not trained for this kind to things. It has a lot to do with medications true, but there are underlying cause of deficiencies and too much for something in your body. The best supplements that can handle this kind of issue is I will go for 1000 mg of CoQ10, but I usually start off with 400 mg of CoQ10 first and see how it responds, Quercetin 1000 mg, and Acetyl L carnitine are some possibility. The excess of salt consumption, tyramine found in Cheeses, wheat products, fried foods are the common problems. The body doesn't produce enough of the hydrogen sulfide, which can be indirectly handled with N acetyl cysteine, in alkaline water, insufficient potassium citrate are some of the common problems. So even if they don't nave a name of it, the problem is likely to be linked to hypertension and border line diabetes.
The heart racing fast is to not take phosphates, as it is found in meats and other products. Too much chlorides in diet is also responsible such as sodium chloride, potassium chloride, but also MSG are common problems.
The anxiety attacks is mostly helped with B3 niacinamide 500 mg.
