Dear Fajar:
Humic acid is obtained from nursery plant shops. It's available in powder form. My local chemical suppliers now and then have humic acid. Sources I purchased from humic acid are Australia and China. The humic acid is used in plant nursery to help plant growth but is also used as a food mix for livestock animals. The best form of chromium I used is either chromium chloride or chromium polynicotinate. I prefer the chromium chloride because they are easier to obtain from a scientific suppliers, usually reagent grade. It's the same grade that's used in hydroponics, when growing plants also.
