Has anyone have any experience in using ACV in dealing with diabetes type 2 . Perhaps someone can suggest another remedy. Thank you

Gumar is known as a sugar eater, which reduces the body's sugar directly. It is an Ayurvedic medicine that comes from herb. The leaves are eaten in small amount to reduce the body's sugar. It stimulates insulin and blocks sweet tastes receptors for an hour or two. It is also a diuretic, corrects liver, kidney and muscles problems.

For me I prefer the more convenient taking granulated powdered lecithin taken throughout the day, and take some onions and garlic before sleep. Vitamin B complex also controls the blood sugar. The lecithin lowers the oils in the body and prevents the blockage of hormone receptors that controls blood sugar.
