Hi, glad to see some feedback from India, as India once used vinegar and ACV quite widespread, before the British put out false information to stop such use. This was also true of the use of hydrogen peroxide.
Your friend's tendons will be relieved 90% by taking a 250 mg to 500 mg of Magnesium Chloride once a day. On the third day most of them should be all gone. To further aid in complete healing take 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to one liter of water, plus a pinch of magnesium chloride and potassium chloride. Drink this in place of your drinking water and take 500-1000 mg of vitamin C every day. Most of the tendon pains should be all gone. If not, you can try to apply either an aluminum foil, or small zinc metals in the area of pain overnight. Both metals will generate negative electrical charge to allow healing. Most of the pain should be greatly relieved the next day. This is based on research that negative electrical charges generated by metals allows regeneration of tissues. Of course, taking colloidal silver internally everyday will accelerate the healing process.
