Spirulina has made me dizzy when lying down. I was only taking 1/8 of a teaspoon before breakfast and after 3 weeks I could not get out of bed for the dizzyness. I have quit taking it and I am back to normal. I do take 350mg a night of BHT plus other supplements. View Entire Thread
