I have taken Rhodiola daily for the past 7 years. When I had a high-pressure job, it helped me to stay calm and organized through the multi-taskings I had to do. My daughter is a stay-at-home mom with a 2 year old. I purchased a bottle for her. I have a full-time job, family, and also go to school. My memory isn't what it used to be and neither is my patience. I won't go a day without taking this.
Friends of mine thank me for encouraging them to purchase Rhodiola. It's wonderful.
