Earth Clinic's favorite health tips:

1. We try to drink plenty of water throughout the day so as not to get dehydrated. You can do the skin pinch test to assess if you're dehydrated or not.

2. We exercise frequently but gently! We love taking our dogs on long walks every day. Walking is easy on the body, wonderfully invigorating, and makes our beloved canines happy too!

3. We do daily practices that activate the brain's creative right hemisphere - meditate, heal and pray. Others we know paint, sing, write songs on the piano or write fabulous short stories.
