I dropped a metal pizza peel on my toe. The day before Thanksgiving in 2025. I used NIR/FL combo for 10 min the next morning and you can see the toe stitching back together. The following day I had no bruising and can bend the toe when I walked.

My MIL has very thin skin at 72 and anything that touched her arm would tear the skin right off. She did 8 days, 10 min a day of NIR/RLT combo and healed her skin.
