Instructions and Safety Warnings
- Use only food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Industrial or stabilized versions should never be ingested.
- Always dilute properly using distilled water.
- Take doses on an empty stomach: 1 hour before or 3 hours after meals.
- Never exceed the recommended dosages. Higher concentrations are more potent and must be handled with care.
- After reaching 25 drops per dose (Day 23), reduce dosage by 1 drop per day until reaching a maintenance dose of 3 drops, 3x daily.
- Consult your healthcare provider before beginning this therapy, especially if you have any chronic health condition or take medications.
- Keep all hydrogen peroxide products out of reach of children.
