Hey, im 30 and I use castor oil nightly, and its fabulous. It literally gives a glow to the skin, but it is oily, so usually what I do is, after liberally applying it, I moisten a towel and lightly wipe the excess off. Thats all you can do, as it will get all over your pillow otherwise.
