CDS/MMS and Borax?

Molly (Rotterdam NL) on 08/22/2026

Hi,

I’ve started exploring taking cds (8-10 times a day, sensitive protocol). I would like to start with borax (bought a bottle borax-boron solution “about 150 ppm borax”). Anyone know if it is dangerous (acc to Google AI) or safe to combine the two? Tnx.

Confused About Borax Dosing

Garynils (Pinckney, Michigan) on 08/04/2026

I'm a bit confused about dosing with Borax and would like someone to explain where I'm going wrong.

I've ordered a pharmaceutical grade Borax from " PERSCRIBED FOR LIFE." The package lists a serving size of 1/16 of a teaspoon consisting of 250 mg Borax containing 27 mg of Boron.

Using "Ted's" protocol for men of 1/4 teaspoon in a litre of water sipped throughout the day would deliver 1000 mg borax containing 108 mg of boron per day.

The " Walter Last" style stock solution on the other hand, lists 1 teaspoon of Borax dissolved in 1 quart of water with 1-2 teaspoons/day. One teaspoon = 4000 mg of Borax and 432 mg of boron. One quart of water contains 192 teaspoons. 192 teaspoons ÷ 432 mg of boron = 2.25 mg of boron / teaspoon. 2 × 2.25 = 4.5 mg/ day.

So Ted's protocol delivers 108 mg of boron/ day and Walter Last only 4.5! How are these 2 protocols comparable?

Further research on a substack called "CURIOUS OUTLIER" states that the human equivalent dose derived from animal studies on boron is 0.81 mg/ kg. I weigh 97.5 kg which comes out to 78.975 mg of boron per day. Please, is my arithmetic and reasoning correct?

Can anyone please share their experience with beginning Borax and what you personally take for minimum effective dose? I did just a pinch the first day but I felt almost too much energy as it was hard to sleep at night and I took my dose in the morning. Also have any of you felt this with 20 mule? Cause that’s the brand I’m using. All experiences are appreciated.

Borax for Athlete's Foot Works Fast

DL (USA) on 07/01/2026

I can confirm that borax works for athlete's foot. It's fast and effective, and let me tell you, I've tried it all over the past twenty years! Here's my method based on Dianna's 2010 post, which I discovered a couple of weeks ago on Earth Clinic.

First, put borax in a small salt plastic shaker bottle that you can buy cheaply on Amazon. This is not only great for the method I am about to tell you, but will allow you to add borax to coffee, water, etc, in small amounts.

Have a sock ready!

Sitting down with your foot over your other knee, apply a layer of vaseline to the bottom of your foot and in between your toes. If you have ever had a rash on the side or top of your foot, also rub vaseline there too. Sprinkle borax generously from the salt shaker over the foot and in between the toes. I use my other hand to catch the powder from falling onto the ground. Rub in gently and fast. Put your socks on and go about your day. Your athlete's foot will be gone within 1-2 days. Amazing and effective remedy.

Applying the vaseline first is the secret to this method, otherwise the borax powder gets rubbed off when you put your foot into the sock.

Report back if you try this AF cure!

Shake & Use: Shake before each use andspray crack of butt 2x/daily until rash is gone.

Why this ingredients:

Borax (i.e. Boric acid) is a mild, topical antiseptic used to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth on the skin. Boric acid is primarily used medically as a vaginal suppository to treat recurrent yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis, especially cases resistant to conventional antifungal treatments. It acts as an antiseptic, antifungal, and antiviral agent, helping to balance vaginal pH and odor. It is also used in eye drops, ear drops, skin antiseptic solutions applied to cuts, scraps and burns, and for athlete's foot.

It acts as a bacteriostatic and fungistatic agent, meaning it inhibits the growth of bacteria (like E. coli and various streptococci) and fungi (like Candida), rather than killing them outright. They work in conjunction with the host's immune system to eliminate infections by inhibiting bacterial protein production, DNA replication, or metabolism. Common bacteriostatic antibiotics include tetracyclines (e.g., doxycycline), macrolides (e.g., erythromycin, azithromycin), sulfonamides, and clindamycin..It is effective against antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Boric acid can kill parasites, specifically Trichomonas vaginalis (causing trichomoniasis) through vaginal suppositories. It acts as a desiccant against pests like insects and flea larvae.

Epsom Salt is high in magnesium. Magnesium is essential for skin health, offering benefits such asboosting hydration, reducing acne, calming inflammation (rosacea/eczema), and combating signs of aging. It helps improve skin barrier function, repairs cells, and regulates sebum, making it effective for both dry and oily skin types. Topically, it can improve elasticity and reduce cortisol.

Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate)can help soothe itchy, inflamed, or irritated skin from rashes, poison ivy, eczema, and sunburn by reducing inflammation and promoting healing.

Bacterial and Fungal infections thrive in warm, moist environments, making prevention and effective treatment essential. Epsom salt, chemically known as magnesium sulfate, is a naturally occurring mineral compound renowned for its therapeutic properties

Boron Gives Life;

The brain contains 85% water, blood 90%, kidneys 82%, muscles 75%, and bones 22%. On average, men's bodies are 55-65% water, and women's bodies are 50-60% water. The brain has a high water content, and it functions well only in a watery environment; as the water content decreases, brain functions decline. If aluminum and calcium increase in the brain, calcification can cause forgetfulness, followed by Alzheimer's disease and other disorders. Boron, however, does not stand alone; it is found in a central structure with 2 boron elements, 4 sodium molecules attached to them, and 10 water molecules surrounding them. In 1997, Naghii and Samman applied a low-boron diet to one group of healthy men over 45, and a diet containing 10 mg of boron daily to another group. As a result of the research, calcium excretion in urine decreased in the men who took the supplement, and calcium retention in bones increased by 17%. Naghii M, Samman S. found that boron deficiency in humans and animals is associated with increased calcium excretion in urine. Nielsen F. determined that boron has a scavenging effect on reactive oxygen radicals in the cell membrane. Studies on humans and animals have shown that boron deficiency reduces the electrical activity of the brain. It has been stated that boron deficiency initially leads to short-term memory loss, attention deficit, impaired perception, decreased motor activity speed, and later to more severe disorders such as Alzheimer's, depression, schizophrenia, etc.

Boron-Calcium Metabolism (Wars, Antagonists = Enemy Brothers);

Whether we call the boron-calcium relationship metabolic changes, antagonistic oppositions, or boron-calcium buffer systems, there is a very complex boron-calcium relationship. This boron-calcium relationship... If boron decreases at any point in the body, calcium attempts to compensate for this deficiency. Where calcium accumulates, various diseases occur. When you replenish the depleted boron, calcium released from the bones returns to the bones, improving quality of life and eliminating diseases.

1) If boron decreases in the cell membrane, calcium takes its place. If calcium accumulates in the cell and cell membrane, the cell hardens and its functions decrease.

2) If boron decreases in the intercellular fluid, calcium takes its place. If calcium accumulates, the intercellular fluid becomes polluted, its flow slows down, and over time, a breeding ground for microbes, like a swamp, develops.

3) If boron decreases and calcium increases in the nervous system, the nervous system loses its conductivity and over time triggers disorders such as MS, polyneuropathy, nerve inflammation, forgetfulness, Alzheimer's, and depression.

4) If calcium replaces boron in the lymphatic system, the lymphatic system hardens. The lymphatic system collects waste like the body's mechanical systems. If calcium accumulates in the lymphatic system, the lymphatic channels become clogged and trigger inflammatory diseases. This can lead to swollen and inflamed lymph nodes, and later to lymphoma.

5) If calcium replaces boron on the inner surface of blood vessels, the vessels harden, and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries and plaque formation) can cause conditions such as brain hemorrhage, heart attack, diabetes, fatty liver disease, and sexual dysfunction.

6) If calcium replaces boron in joints and soft tissues, conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and ankylosing spondylitis recur.

7) With a slightly increased boron intake, body temperature also increases slightly, thus gradually melting stored fats and causing weight loss. Considering that obesity kills 300,000 people annually, this weight loss method is very inexpensive and problem-free.

I lick the tip of one finger and place it briefly on some Borax powder. It's a light dusting of it that I lick off my finger. How much Boron would that amount to. It's barely noticeable after taking it, which I like to think is adequate. 5 times a week is prob enough, no.

Borax Interaction With Other Supplements

Elaine (South Carolina) on 02/05/2026

Possible protocol/ vitamin/ med clashes

Hello,

Hoping you can steer me in the right direction. I would like to start Borax protocols but don't know if it will interact with anything I take now or in the near future. Someone in my Borax group suggested I message you. Current and future protocols include : MMS, BORAX, Baking Soda, IVERMECTIN, Oil of Oregano, Nicotine patches, Turpentine, Colloidal Silver, etc. I have Chronic Lyme disease and hypothyroidism. I'm on Ivermectin sometimes, Oil of Oregano and Colloidal Silver. Also taking Multivitamins, HRT therapy and Bovine Thyroid (NDT). It's frustrating because I don't know what can and cannot be combined. I try to space everything at least 2 hours apart but it can be difficult when I'm still working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Elaine

BORAX HEAVY METAL DETOX FOR COPPER RICH RH- BLOOD

BORAX: B4Na2O7.10H2O, Sodium borate decahydrate

ALLEDGEDLY,

If humans have (2) kinds of blood: Iron Rich Blood (positive blood types) and Copper Rich Blood (negative blood types), then there should exist TWO standards for treatments. There is not a "one cure fits all".

BORAX, therefore, is only a suitable metal detox for bloods that are rich in copper and are RH-.

How Much Boron Is In Borax According to AI

Izzy (Wheaton, Missouri) on 12/24/2025
5 out of 5 stars

AI's answer to how much boron is on a gram of borax

One gram of borax contains approximately 11.3% boron by weight, which equates to 113 milligrams of boron. This percentage is consistent across multiple sources, including chemical analyses and product descriptions. The exact amount can vary slightly depending on the specific form of borax (e.g., decahydrate, pentahydrate), but 11.3% is a widely accepted value for sodium tetraborate decahydrate, the most common form. Therefore, in 1 gram of borax, there is about 0.113 grams, or 113 mg, of elemental boron.

Boron Vs Borax

Jo (Eu) on 12/09/2025
5 out of 5 stars

Hello all,

So I am not sure why Borax is so popular but Boron is not. Boron is life changing indeed. Borax maybe so as well. But it astounds me why people do not take Boron instead of Borax.

Boron is regulated and has a proven track record. We take 6 mg a day, and some weeks we up it to 9 mg a day, (3 mg tabs) and it has done wonders. Neither my wife or I have any bone, joint, arthritic pain, and at last check no more arthritis.

We have never tried borax for the very reason that it is not regulated for safety, and can have contaminants in it. In fact it can be severely contaminated as in processing it can be processed in places where other toxic powders are processed as well.

Now by saying this post, do not assume I am against people helping or curing themselves through natural solutions. I am not. Our whole life has been about that. I am just concerned that you could be getting more than you bargained for using borax, instead of boron.
