The following week he told me that it had worked for his sciatica. I told him I could tell because he was walking normal again. Previously his walk looked stiff and he was obviously in pain. He said he started noticing relief by the fourth application and by the sixth application he felt back to normal. I told him for future reference, the icing is most effective when applied at the first signs or symptoms of sciatica. He said if he has another flare up, he will use this method right away!

I absolutely agree about using ice. I have had several sciatic flareups and using ice has made a huge difference and faster recovery. For me, I also use a sciatic belt whenever I go outside to chop wood, haul gravel, dirt, chips, mow, weedeat, etc. It helps a lot to keep it away. I only use it when I am doing physical labor.

90 percent of sciatica is caused by some degree of herniation.
Most sciatica will resolve itself with rest, especially in younger people.
People with degeneration, especially older people, will need supplements.
If he has another flare-up, he should use Biocell Hyaluronic Acid. Take 2 capsules with water on an empty stomach once a day. This will cure the herniation. Complete cure can take up to 6 weeks.

Hi Prioris,
I have had very good results with this specific combination :

My friend asked for "simple" and icing was the simplest thing I could think of. Had he not asked for that, I would have opted for the choice I describe in the link above plus borax for its joint protective effects as well as its indirect joint reparative effects.

Hi Prioris,
Yes, it can help for both conditions and the borax is additive.
