Sorry to hear about Mr. Munro. Does anyone know if this therapy can be done before or after meals or drinks? Is that anything I shouldn't do while inhaling H2O2?

You can use this inhaling method anytime, but if you drink it You should wait 2-3 hours after a meal

YEP ALLEN, , , , , , , he was sumpin. I e -mailed him years ago when I first learned that blood cancer was messin with me. I expected an e-mail return, but instead he called me and we talked for about 45 minutes. I now garden with H2O2 as a result of his trail blazing. He is just an example of a regular guy reading and thinking outside the box.

He did the brown bottle stuff and it extended his life from age 64 to 89. I just read a post today that said that the boogie man will get you if you use the brown bottle H2O2. Give me a break.

Oh, I am so sorry. Name Bill and Ted are my gurus, I respect them a lot, they have vast knowledge and they have always answered my quarries and cleared my doubts on various matters and my fault is, I never went beyond the first name. I have spent most of my adult life coughing.....I am excited to try the peroxide inhalation..... Sore chest and poor sleep don't help a teacher....I pray that this will work.

Hello, I would love to know how you are doing now. I have chronic cough and probably something else. I have been inhaling the peroxide for over a week, still coughing. I also have chronic pain. I stopped taking all my vitamins. The pains have become worse than ever, can't even lift my coffee pot. My main question, did your mouth get incredibly dry at night? This is something new and I wake up every hour to drink water and cough. I don't have the dry mouth during the day. Any thoughts?

I read on Dr Wilcox site that using a nebulizer for inhaling H2O2 is almost as beneficial as IV therapy of H2O2. Can someone tell me what equipment of instruments I need for a nebulizer therapy? Also, if H2O2 has to be diluted for that, how to dilute the H2O2?

Pat, be very cautious please, and do your homework! I'm just starting with the nebulizer method, using 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide, as recommended; 35% may not be a good idea! Please double check before proceeding....good luck to you.

Have a good read of all the posts and you will see that you must never use 35% as it is, it needs to be 3% and no higher for the nasal spray. You will need to dilute it 12 to one, and it must be with distilled water, depending how much you want to mix, may be 1 table spoon of 35% hydrogen peroxide and 12 tablespoons of distilled water, would give you the right concentration. Put rubber gloves on, in case you spill it on your self.

I see that Terry is also from the United Kingdom? And his message is very up to date? in fact just 4 days ago? I would like to ask Terry where on earth did he get 35 per cent Hydrogen Peroxide from? It is against the law from any seller to stock more than 12 per cent? Only companies can purchase 35 per cent food grade?? In fact most of the chemists have been told they cannot sell 3 per cent!! These bottles I used for mouth washes? It seems so ridiculous! They only cost £1.05 per bottle, how petty can the medical profession be??? Was Terry using simply 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide? Hi Rosina,

I gave Pat the reply for the correct dilution for 35% because that is what she was using.

I personally use 12% hydrogen peroxide, and it is food grade! The companies I use dilute the higher concentration hydrogen peroxide with distilled water to bring it in line with the law over here(uk). As you mentioned you can only get hydrogen peroxide at 35% in the uk, with a licence. The 3% you can buy over here from a chemist, is like you say at £1.05 a bottle, but that is for mouth wash, it has stabilizers in it, and is not to be swallowed!

This is the company I use, www.apcpure.com (I have nothing at all to do with them by the way, other than get my HP from them.) This is what they say about the 12%

"APC Pure is the largest manufacturer of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Solutions in the UK. We use only carefully sourced Aseptic Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and blend it with Pharmaceutical Grade (BP) Water to ensure our customers can safely use it for any application."

You can also get your distilled water from them too!

I buy 35% online. Look it up, many places sell it. It works on nail fungus, warts and many other things. Best product on the market with many uses.

Dr Thomas Levy promotes the use of H202 with a nebuliser/nebulizer. I just bought a $23 nebuliser with a face mask; I could have used the spray bottle! I am at risk for the dreaded virus and hope to survive it.

Have mycoses on my fingers, for some years .. I have tried almost everything! Expensive products, nothing helped .. Someone, who knows about a protocol with oxygen on the nails .. It is said that those with mycosis are often tied to the candida wing. Reading here various testimonials on oxygen .. Oh goodness me, so sorry I never saw your reply! You replied in 2018 and it is now 2020! Thank you so much for your information, and how strange that last week I was able to buy 3 per cent Hydrogen peroxide food grade from a company on Amazon.co.uk for round about £23.00 for two x 500 bottles, so I am pleased because it is Food grade. I also bought a 5.5 litre large square plastic container containing distilled water round about £18 I think. Not tried it yet, as researching and trying to help a lady in the USA who is on bottled oxygen, and chronic respiratory problems, awful mucus, and a tumour in the pituitary part of the brain. So thank you so much, and do hope you have improved your condition, if not cured it!!

So sincere aplogies I never replied as I jump around all over Earth Clinic which has so many entries. How wonderful to know us people are trying to help each other. We wouldn't get that from the medical profession!

HI U ROZ,,,,,, ORH here and I have had cancer three times in my life and treated it differently as I learned. My doctors love me but they don't like me. That is the way with most marriages. All love their spouse, they just don't like them. I like my TRACTOR DRIVER and we have been married for almost 62 years. I think she likes me. I do tests that normal folks don't do, so I catch cancer in stage I or stage II. Cancer needs your body to be acid and low on oxygen. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Bill before he died and he is one of the good guys. Your immune system handles your problems until you old as dirt. At 84, I still do a garden because store stuff is garbage. We took tomatoes and peppers to church today to give to the congregation. My preacher keeps telling me that I can't work my way into heaven. I am taking no chances. My PSA test is telling me that I have prostate cancer, but I refuse to get a biopsy because all that does is spread the cancer all over your body. I inhale 1 and 1/2 % hydrogen peroxide every morning to open my nasal passages. I am doing the dog dewormer thing to address my prostate cancer. None of this amounts to a hill of beans compared to the evil that is consuming the world. I thank you for giving me a chance to get my message out.

To make 3% solution for your nebulizer using your 35% food grade H2O2, dilute in this ratio: 11:1. So for instance, if you have a mini nebulizer that only holds 1 oz, use 5.5tsp (that would be eleven 1/2 tsp) distilled water and 1/2 tsp 35% H2O2. That will give you a 3% solution for your nebulizer.

Was happy to see you spoke of the proper way to use h2o2 with distilled saline solution. I have lost my "recipe". Can't find it on Mercola.com. I thought I had saved it but....... Could you please remind me what it is? I have 3% food grade. How much of that to how much salt to how much distilled water to make the solution. And could you please use teaspoons or ounces? I mistakenly left my jar with the recipe in Florida. Thank you so very much!

Mary, use 1/4 teaspoon of 3% H202 and add 7 1/4teaspoons Saline solution this gives you a concentration of .1%.

To make a saline solution : Add 1 teaspoon salt (Himalayan & not iodised and not sea salt as it contains nano particles of plastic) to 2 cups cooled sterilized water (boiled tank water or distilled water (no tap water) allow it to dissolve. This makes a .9% saline solution. Or you can buy saline from a chemist shop.

Hi, does anyone here have a video of how to use this spray… it just doesn’t make sense to me … do we inhale and hold the breath and then spray 3-6 times or do we inhale as we spray into the throat… im so confused!!! People with kids might know how to do this stuff .. us younger people have no clue .. I’ve YouTubed it but can’t find anything obviously cause YouTube bans anything useful
