Here is how to make the spray. Use whatever size spray bottle you have and for every ounce of filtered water, add 10 drops of the GSPE concentrate.
First test your diluted GSPE liquid on a very small area of your inner forearm to make sure that you are not allergic to GSPE. Here is a link to one popular GSPE liquid concentrate :

Try this: Press your fingertips into your scalp and see how much you can move your scalp. You should be able to move it about a half inch back and forth, IF your scalp is sufficiently hydrated and relaxed. If not, you have just isolated the cause of your thinning and receding hair problem...tight scalp.
The solution? Two parts:
1. Start drinking enough good clean water every day and less dehydrating drinks, like coffee and alcohol. (The pounding hangover headache comes from scalp dehydration, since the scalp is thin and dehydrates quickly.)
2. Start giving yourself a daily deep scalp massage for a minute or two. Start with where there is healthy hair, at the back of the neck or above the ears so that you are pushing good circulation up into the thin spots.
Press your fingertips into the scalp and move the scalp in small circles or back and forth a few times. Move your fingers up a bit and repeat until you've massaged the entire scalp. You really have to stimulate the circulation and a light touch just won't do it. Also make sure you're moving the scalp itself and not just your hair, which can break, especially if wet.
It's even better if you do this while inverted to get more circulation to the scalp -- that is, standing with your head at or below your waist.
It also helps hair growth if your thyroid is working well, so seafood or kelp two or three times a week may help. Also, grasp your lower neck with your whole hand and wiggle it vigorously a few times to “wake up” the thyroid with circulation. Do this every morning as part of your washing up routine.
Results will always vary by individual. With some individuals, there are no viable hair roots remaining to restore, whether this is genetic or -- more commonly found today -- because of excessive product use (gels and sprays) and daily shampooing. These chemicals leach into the scalp and kill the hair roots.
You should notice results within a few months or so. If that sounds like it takes too long, that's what they say to expect with those expensive hair treatments, so try this for free. Your new hair at first may be fuzzy-looking, like baby hair, but it will strengthen as you continue to supply it with the blood nutrients it needs to be healthy.
I dated a man who was balding - no hair on top - but he loved getting scalp massages every once in a while. After several months, we noticed some new hairs growing out of the top of his head. I hope he kept up the massages after we broke up. ;-)

Here is a relevant quote from the article :
' Eleven studies which detailed evidence of melatonin use in patients with alopecia were included. Overall, data for 2,267 patients — including 1,140 men — made the final analysis.
Results showed that eight studies demonstrated positive outcomes for patients with androgenetic alopecia who were treated with topical melatonin. In addition, eight studies also showed an improvement in scalp hair growth with melatonin treatment, whereas four studies demonstrated that melatonin improved scalp hair density compared with controls. An additional two studies showed that melatonin bested controls in terms of hair shaft thickness.
The range for an optimal melatonin dose may be 0.0033% or 0.1% applied as a once-daily regimen for a duration of 90 to 180 days. Additionally, optimizing the vehicle for topical melatonin — for example, with nanostructured lipid carriers — may further improve the hormone’s impact on hair growth. '

While in Mexico, I accidentally bought a product called "Aceite de Papas" or "Potato Oil". I looked it up and found it was helpful for hair growth. So I tried it by rubbing about 1 tbsp of potato oil and massaging it into my scalp, left it on for 30 mins. Stepped into the shower, added the shampoo (no water yet! ). Then I soaped up and finished as usual. Omigoodness folks, I could not believe the difference, and aftee only 1 use! No more was I constantly pulled hair out of my combs & brushes! A few hairs were there but only about 5% of the usual.
If I can't find this product in Canada, I will be peeling and boiling potato skins and use the Potato Juice method. I am amazed that I never heard of this before and wanted to share!

I also added iodine to my diet, and had started on Ted's borax protocol. Borax helps to neutralize chlorine. It did take a few months for me to really notice a difference. One day I just noticed my hair was fuller. Vit B7(Biotin) is also good for hair loss, added to the iodine and borax protocol.

I am 55 years old male and suffering from receding hairline, thin and brittle hair, tips of my hair are thin. I found a recipe online but required ingredients like honey, coconut milk, etc. I didn't know what to call this stuff. It sets-up like banana pudding so I call it Hair Puddy.
Here is my simplified recipe.
Ingredients:
* 8 oz Plastic wide-mouth cosmetic container (re-use, re-purposed from dollar tree) so you can keep in the shower.
* Dr Bronner's Castile Soap - Peppermint (Ingredients: Water, Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Olive Oil, Mentha Arvensis, Fair Deal Hemp Oil, Jojoba Oil, Peppermint Oil, Citric Acid, Tocopherol)
* Gerneir Fructis Pure Clean Aloe Shampoo (bought at Dollar General) The enzymes in Aloe cause your hair to appear much healthier and glossier. It is a quick and effective element for damaged hair. It strengthens the hair and causes the locks to appear much bouncier and shiny. If you’re wondering how to stop hair from falling out, aloe vera is a great home remedy for treating hair loss. Aloe vera works to soothe and calm a damaged scalp, creating a healthy environment for hair cells to replenish and flourish. Aloe also helps clean up sebum, an oil that clogs follicles and prevents hair from growing back. To effectively use this natural hair loss treatment, simply massage pure aloe vera gel directly along your scalp, or find an aloe vera-based shampoo.
* 2 oz bottle Decolorized iodine 2% w/ spray bottle (bought at wal-mart) If you experience hair loss because of an iodine deficiency, getting enough of this mineral may help correct your thyroid hormone levels and stop hair loss. An iodine deficiency may prevent hair follicles from regenerating.
* 30 drops fenugreek essential oil (online) An age-old remedy for when your hair is losing volume. While it stimulates blood flow to the scalp, it also nourishes the hair follicles to promote faster and healthier new growth. Not only that, but it also acts as a great alternative to store-bought conditioner. The mucilage content replenishes the hair and provides smoothness allowing us to detangle our hair easily post every wash. This also helps restore luster. Fenugreek has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help with dandruff, scalp irritation and acne. And, if you are losing hair due to menopause/hormonal issues, I highly recommend fenugreek since it is high in estrogen and thus will help prevent hair from thinning.
* 1 tablespoon Olive oil (Olive oil is one of the top emollients because not only is it packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fats, it makes for the perfect relief to a dry, itchy scalp." Olive can also help fight bacterial infections while strengthening the hair, which makes it an ideal addition to a hair mask, deep conditioner, or as a hot oil treatment to boost hydration and soften your coils. Research on the effect of olive oil shows that it can have a major moisturizing effect. Olive oil could add softness and strengthen hair by penetrating the hair shaft and preserving moisture. The shine said to come from olive oil may be due to the oil smoothing the outer cuticle of the hair.)
* 1 tablespoon Castor oil (Castor oil is very effective at preventing hair loss and improving hair growth, stops premature greying for several reason. Due to its incredible antibacterial and antifungal properties, it’s very beneficial against dandruff, follliculitus, and scalp infections. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid that promotes circulation to the scalp and helps with hair growth. Additionally, castor oil is also loaded with antioxidants that help the hair to become smoother and stronger. )
Directions:
* Place 1 TSP each of olive oil and castor oil, 30 drops fenugreek essential oil into clean cosmetic container. Add 6 oz Dr Bronner’s Castile Soap.
* Blend well by stirring with a butter knife ti uniformed. Keep container in shower for use.
* Apply about ½ teaspoon full in your hand (longer hair will take more) and a squirt of “Gerneir Fructis Pure Clean Aloe Shampoo” and massage into wet scalp and hair, once a day.
* Leave in hair for at least 10 minutes (longer if you can); rinse and dry hair as normal.
Results: I started noticing my dry brittle hair becoming stronger and thicker and growing like crazy within a week. We measured my hair for 30 days growth. And in 30 days my hair grew 4 ½ inches. The receding hairline is starting to fill back in with a daily spray of Decolorized iodine on the skin in my hairline.
2 month update: Hair is looking like it did in my early 30’s. But much thicker and softer.

Firstly, I agree with externally using Borax (high alkaline) for hair wash, then follow up rinse with ACV (vinegar is high acid - matching natural scalp pH). BUT because I practiced very low Keto, I eat zero (almost) of brans and grains. My top hair was thinning for years in my 50s. BUT WHEN I ADDED Marmite/Vegemite spread daily into my diet - a miracle happened.
My hair began to grow thicker and faster and than ever in my life. Marmite is Brewer's Yeast (the good kind). It also has loads of B vitamins. I am a keen observer of change. This is the one for my problems I tried Silica with some success, but Barley and Brewer's Yeast (in Marmite) may be the thing missing. Remember the 'beer rinse' wives tales? I am getting new scalp growth that I haven't seen since my 20's. So thankful. Hope this helps someone on Keto out there too.

I was introduced to the rice water hair remedy about 2 years ago and I’ve seen AMAZING RESULTS since using it. It is full of all of the nutrients that helps the hair grow longer, thicker and also helps if you have thinning/breaking hair, bald spots, alopecia, hereditary hair loss. IT WORKS!
My hair loss remedy is using rice water and aloe vera gel from the plant.
Rice water recipe:
One cup of long grain organic rice in a bowl (white/brown/jasmin) your preference. Please rinse rice before preparation to rid any impurities.
Add 2 cups of distilled or alkaline water to the rice.
Cover the bowl with saran wrap and let ferment for 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Make sure you refrigerate the rice water. If you leave it out it has a putrid smell.
Before preparing to wash your hair take the rice water out of the refrigerator, strain into a clean bowl. Your water will appear cloudy, milky looking. Those are the nutrients from the rice.
Pour water into a spray bottle. After shampooing and conditioning hair, saturate the scalp and hair with rice water concentrating on the troubled areas the most.
Place a shower cap and leave in your hair from 30 mins to 2 hours. (I prefer 2 hours). Once time has elapsed, rinse hair with cool water.
I get one stalk (large) from my aloe vera plant, cut it open and you can either scrape the gel out of the plant or rub the plant throughout the scalp and leave in.
These 2 natural remedies together has given me amazing results.
FYI: I do practice a healthy diet eating lots of dark green leafy veggies (kale, spinach, cilantro, basil) and I drink lots of water. I have omitted refined sugar from my diet and red meats. This alone has also helped in my hair growth journey.
I hope this helps anyone who’s experiencing these hair troubles.

AS I shared earlier my hair started to grow while taking supplements to fight COVID. What I forgot to mention was that I had a dent in my thumbnail that kept growing dented. I would cut my fingernail down in hopes that it would grow up normal, but the vertical, upright dent continued to grow.
While I was taking my COVID concoctions and supplements the nail began to grow normal and is back to normal. So my hair and my nails went into recovery as New York was in level two of the emergency.
Since I had started on the Berberine during the time I noticed the growth, I had thought it was the berberine that put my hair and nails into recovery, after all it is said to regulate sugar, and fight against UTI. And I can tell you it did that for me, I have not had a UTI since taking the Berberine. However, after continued use, and cutting down on the emergency concoctions and supplements, I realize it is not the Berberine that cured my hair and nails. Which supplement helped my hair and nails? I don't know. I guess I will continue all of them to some degree until I find out.
I'm looking at my long list and thinking, "there's something good in this! " Was it the Vitamin C, Was it the Zinc, Was it the Iodine, or one of the other so many things I used to kick the virus? If I can figure, it out I will share it with you.

The Indian herb, bhringaraj, has worked well. Just search the internet for testimonies. Mine was for a 69 year old woman with hair loss and within a month not only did the hair loss cede, new growth came in.

Hi all. I firmly believe you should tackle any problem from the inside aswell as the out, so instead of getting 50% of possible results you take it closer to 100%. Yes ACV is a good starting point but I must stress NOT the only step. Tackling hair loss takes commitment and time. I am in my 40's now and of reasonably good health ( I walk to and from work each day and exercise regularly) but despite my health I was losing hair and thinning, especially on the top and also a little at temples.
ACV is your base, it helps clear any fungal infections and parasites. Choose a brand with the 'mother' - this is very important (there are many including: Bragg, Finios or Luckyeats all raw, organic and with mother)
Step 1. What I do is mix about 1 tsp of ACV with my shampoo (ANY SLS/SLES free - there are so many now out there that it would be pointless listing as all decent) and apply. Note that I don't advocate using ACV neat as a rinse though as I find it stings my scalp and also strips my hair dye. Although I use hair dye I would suggest to avoid if possible, or like me if you really must then I suggest Naturtint, Colour Me Organic or Herbatint are all quite natural). I massage shampoo/ACV in for 20 seconds and try to leave in for up to 1 minute if I have time. Rinse with lukewarm water NOT hot! As and when required.
Step 2. Supplement. Aim for a supplement with a good representation of anti-DHT and nutrients, examples: Solgar skin hair & nails or Food science of Vermont. Both have a good range although the latter more suited to male hair loss whilst the former to female imo.
Step 3. Apply a good scalp oil at least 2 x a week. There is a Russian brand (loosely translated as 'pygeut') although not seen this outside of Russia. Another good one is Divine Herbal Hair oil which combines 31 oils and extracts and quite easy to get hold of!
Try the above 3 steps for 4-8 weeks. Most people I recommend to will see a difference in this time, at the very least to the amount of hair shedding. Thickening of the hair will take longer. But importantly a multi-pronged approach is your best bet so that you tackle it from every angle.
Additionally you can add a derma roller or just dry-massage your scalp daily. Both will help increase bloodflow to the scalp which also helps. But try the 3-step approach first alone. Only add one of the techniques just mentioned if you are still not noticing a difference after week 8.
Also for female hair loss sufferers - iron levels and thyroid tests are a must. And if you take iron supplements then drink fresh orange juice daily as the vitamin C helps the iron to be absorbed properly.
I hope this helps someone :)

mix powder w/water, take as much as you can afford..
1-10 grams a day
Swish in mouth while taking it.
Prevents plaque on teeth, heals gums.
MSM did all of the above for me.
Also can add to pets' water... It rejuvenated my 15 year old cat.
