100% up vote for Magnesium Oil for stuff like that. It worked for me years ago for both my frozen shoulders. Doesn't happen overnight, but within 4-6 weeks it made a huge difference. Tip: magnesium oil can leave you itchy so you can either leave it on for 30 minutes then rinse it off or what I would do is put coconut oil on my shoulders a few minutes after to "dilute" the itchiness.

I had tennis elbow in my right elbow for about a year and it was becoming painful when doing the simplest things. I started applying magnesium oil twice a day (AM and PM) because I read somewhere that this would help joints. Never hurts to try something! It definitely wasn’t immediate but I would say within 8-10 weeks the pain was COMPLETELY gone and it has never returned! Definitely recommend giving it a shot!
