I want to warn about Food grade Diatamaceous Earth....I took it when I thought I had parasites...started at 1 tsp and upped it to 1 T twice a day. Did this a couple of weeks. I ended up with stomach lining issues and 6 mos. later still trying to fix it. If you have any issues like that be careful.
