Me too, I started to take ACV on Saturday, by Monday I felt much higher levels of pain, I had to increase my dose of medication 4X in the last couple of weeks.

Please be very careful with ACV if you have Trigeminal Neuralgia.

I always hear that organic Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural cure for most things. The thing is once you take it the pain seems to increase and I have a problem noticing nothing but the pain. It is hard to swallow so I discontinue the use. But always try it again after a while; can not stay constantly with it.

Apple cider in any food or product that I ingest causes my pain level to be three times worse! I have the same reaction from pepper. What is interesting that I have noted is that any antioxidant food or drug does the same. I eat mainly proteins and fats (olive oil, garlic, and onion).
