I have been a sufferer of eczema for 55 years. It has got worse in recent years, affecting my hands, arms and worst of all, lips and around my mouth. A year ago, I went on a low-histamine diet, which I was reluctant to try because it requires a lot of effort and meant giving up eating in restaurants. The results were incredible, well worth the sacrifice and I feel great. My digestion has also improved greatly.
I’d encourage any sufferer of eczema to give it a go.

There are lots of resources online about low a histamine diet. Here’s one useful link.
