I used apple cider vinegar for about 15 days and aborted it. I have eczema on my calves which is getting worse in summer and when wearing socks for a lot of time. ACV only temporarily relieved me from scratching and the next day the same bad itching and swelling continued. Redness never subsided. I used it only externally.

Coconut oil was way better for me and if the redness also disappears in the future, it would be a total heal. I also use low height socks in order to let my calves perspire, breath and not friction.

Hi, I am also an indian. Recently got such itchy blisters omly on face. Applied ACV, which reduced it. But my skin looks very dark now. Pls tell me how soon can my skin regain its original colour.
