Hi, I've been using Evening Primerose Oil to prevent hot flashes!!! It does the job almost immediately! If by the second night you haven't found complete relief, up the dosage! You might try muscle testing to set the dosage... I've been using this for YEARS! Give a holler at me if you have any other questions regarding this.... Blessings!!!
