I read somewhere not to take too much baking soda, it may not mix with everyone's stomach fluids, sometimes it's best to do a few more web searches before trying anything. Most times we were born with what used to be a joke; our systems were like self cleaning ovens, we can clean it or slightly alter it, but please be careful of what you try.
