Colloidal Silver to Treat Malaria

Rob (Kentucky) on 09/28/2021

I found an article by the Silver Health Institute which stated, “Research has shown that silver is a potent tool for use against malaria.”

Curious about the reference to research, I did some additional searching and found this study published in The Indian Practitioner in September 2010), with the very impressive title, “Silver Sol Completely Removes Malaria Parasites from the Blood of Human Subjects Infected With Malaria in an Average of Five Days: a Review of Four Randomized, Multi-Centered, Clinical Studies Performed in Africa”

In this study, researchers demonstrated that Silver Sol, a brand of colloidal silver manufactured by American Biotech Labs, was able to remove the malaria parasite from the blood of 56 human subjects in an average of just five days.

Indeed, at a concentration of only 10 ppm, the optimal dose was determined to be 15 ml twice a day. That’s approximately one tablespoon, taken twice daily.

According to the study, the fastest cure rate was found to be two days, and the most days required to achieve full recovery was found to be 10 days.

According to the researchers:

“Human subjects were found to have no malaria parasites in their blood (as determined by clinical microscopy) after an average of five days of Silver Sol treatment.

No patients suffered any adverse side effects, while 100% were cured from Malaria in an average of five days.

It is concluded that Silver Sol can be taken daily to completely eliminate the malaria parasite from the blood of malaria infected subjects in an average of five days.”

Silver Sol, of course, is one of the most popular brands of colloidal silver in America, with an impressive amount of research behind it.

The prestigious Times of India reported on the above study, stating:

“Small silver nano particles infused with water can cure malaria in just three days, said Dr. B.M. Hegde, former vice-chancellor of the Manipal University.

Speaking at a lecture on energy medicine at the Voluntary Health Services on Wednesday, he said his study published in the Indian Practitioner, a medical journal on holistic healthcare, showed how tiny silver particles infused with water cured malaria in African population.”

Congressional Testimony

And in Congressional testimony in 2005, William D. Moeller, president of American Biotech Laboratories has stated of colloidal silver’s ability to kill the malaria parasite:

“In 2001, twelve bottles of our 10 ppm ASAP colloidal silver product fell into the hands of a medical Doctor in Rwanda, Dr. Ewabuhihl Ezechias. One day I received a frantic telephone call from Dr. Ezechias’ office that was in Rwanda caring for a group of very young children who were in the last stages of malaria about to die.

Dr. Ezechias was looking for instructions on how to administer our ASAP 10 [colloidal silver] product to these desperately ill children. I suggested to the Doctor that he measure out a teaspoon or two to each of the children, two or three times a day and that he repeat the process until the children hopefully showed some improvement.

He responded abruptly that there was no time for measuring anything – the situation was far too grave for “such niceties.” All of these children had temperatures around 105 degrees, had not improved with conventional treatments and were all about to die.

He asked me if he could simply put the water into their bottles. Knowing of its totally non-toxic properties and sensing his desperation, I assured him that it would not hurt the children.

Days later, Dr. Ezechias contacted and told me that he had put the ASAP 10 ppm water directly into the drinking water bottles of 11 of these children. All 11 of the young children who received the ASAP 10 ppm got better. A week later, the 11 left his clinic alive and healthy.”

So there is indeed preliminary clinical evidence that colloidal silver works against the malaria parasite in humans.

More Documentation

According to the book, Biomedical Applications of Metals, a 324 page medical book, silver has demonstrated “significant activity” against malaria. The authors wrote:

“Malaria is one of the most common infectious diseases, and has become a public health problem in many countries. The ineffectiveness of treatment against this disease is the main reason behind its threat.

Current malaria treatment strategies have failed due to drug resistance in Plasmodium falciparum (the parasite that causes malaria) and drug toxicity in humans. Thus, the development of effective anti-malarial drugs is something that is needed.

Silver as discussed in the course of this chapter, presents several applications in the medical field, for the treatment of malaria; the form of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) demonstrated significant activity against the malaria parasite called P. falciparum and its vector female Anopheles mosquito.

AgNPS may be a solution for the control of this disease.”

The authors conclude by stating, “Silver has demonstrated inhibitory activity against malaria which is a dreaded disease especially in tropical and developing countries, where public health is still a problem.”

Hi all,

MMS helped a lot. I started with 1 drop per hour for 8 hrs a day every week. But the major side effect I encountered was that; my skin became as dry as I took the fourth dose.

That was the first, I thought may be was the cause if something else. I tried for the second time. This time I developed skin rash, which I paid 208 $ for treatment....but otherwise my chronic malaria gone...

Curcumin cures malaria in animals

NEW DELHI: Curcumin, which gives turmeric (haldi) its trademark bright yellow colour, has been found to be highly effective against malaria, with a 100% cure rate in the recently completed animal trials. A study, conducted by scientists from the Indian Institute of Science (IIS), Bangalore, found that curcumin when used in combination with the anti-malarial drug of choice - Artemisinins (ART) - is not only effective in killing the parasite, but is also able to prepare the immune system against recurrence of the disease caused by leftover parasites.

Mms for Malaria

Dirk (Vredenburg, South Africa) on 07/14/2011

I had a bout of malaria last night. Did'nt know it was malaria until all the symptoms appeared. (I suppressed it by drinking in the morning half a teaspoon of peroxide mixed with half a glass of water. ) I immediately google my position (not Vredenburg SA currently) and see that it is a malaria area. I took about 15 drops of MMS and activate it with pure Lemon juice. Waited the three minutes and drank it with half a glass of water. Had a good sweat last night and felt good this morning. My urine is still very dark - at this stage Im assisting my liver by drinking Kombucha tea. Last year I gave MMS to about 100 workers of mine over a 6 month period in Zambia for malaria, and everytime it worked within 6 to 12 hours. They later prefered my 'doepa' than the dr's malaria tablets with a week sickleave!

Sweet Annie for Malaria - Clarification

Tommy (North York, On, Canada) on 09/10/2010

Hi everybody,

I didn't find it in this exciting web site Sweet annie as the best natural treatment against Malaria. Sweet Annie is not Artemisia Absinthium, but it is Artemisia Annua. A lot of vendors call Artemisia Absinthium "Sweet Annie" which is not true.

Papaya (Pawpaw) Seeds for Malaria Prevention - Response

Luis (Cali, Colombia) on 05/30/2009

Papaya seeds pulverized or chewed help expulsion of parasites as worms and other ascarides, and they are beneficial in case of dysentery caused by amebas. The Plasmodium, causal agent of malaria, transmitted by mosquitoes, is a parasite.

Papaya (Pawpaw) Seeds for Malaria Prevention

Jamie (Lusaka, Zambia) on 05/30/2009

malaria prevention:

Hi, thanks for an interesting web site - I have just contracted shingles and hope your acv and cayenne will help me.

I live in a malaria area and after years of taking chloroquin and paludrin to prevent malaria, I developed an allergy to chloroquin in 1993. from 1993 to 1997 I got malaria 2- 3 times a year, each time suffering more. In 1997 i read an article in a local weekly by a Mr David Simpson (i think) who said he had been taking pawpaw pips as an anti-malarial for 20 years and had not had malaria since, despite being in a bad malaria area of Zambia. I have taken half a dozen pawpaw pips a day since then and have not had malaria again. I think you call pawpaw papaya. I rinse the seeds and freeze them for daily use and also have a tub of sun dried seeds for if i go away on trips.

EC: How interesting, thank you!

... You might never heard of methylene blue, but it was used during the Vietnam war to cure malaria. The reason for it's disuse is that taken in very high dose, it causes the urine to be blue. However, there's a cure for blue urine, it's called vitamin C sodium ascorbate! So the reason for disuse was that the doctors simply didn't give the GI's vitamin C sodium ascorbate when they injected methylene blue, or perhaps taken internally. Even so, it can easily be proven that methylene blue will become colorless. Just add drops of methylene blue in vitamin C, it will instantly become colorless. Interestingly, methylene blue works better with vitamin C, as both are related to negative hydrogen, as evidenced by the fact that if you did use ORP meter, the resultant measurement is likely to be -200 millivolts or up to -300 millivolts, which is a negative charge. Methylene blue is a negative hydrogen carrier, while vitamin C sodium ascorbate, preferably is a producer of that and is a reducing agent.

I lived 7 years in West Africa as a teenager. My family and I took medication to prevent contracting Malaria but realized after a year that it was doing more harm to our body than good. After stopping, none of us got malaria until 3-4 years later, as far as we know. After that we would get it regularly, maybe 3-6 times a year. We would always cure it with some type of medication, but my point is that we have discovered since then, the BEST way to PREVENT malaria. Malaria seems to 'break out' when the body is weaker, or in other words when the immune system is low. Maybe I have already been beaten by the female mosquito (anophel in French, sorry don't know the name in EN) but as long as my Immune System is high I can fight malaria back, or it stays dormant in my body. How do i keep my I.S. strong? VIT C and Echinacea are the 2 strongest Immune System boosters (that i know of/have heard of). My husband and I recently went back to W Africa for a visit and I didn't take any medication for malaria, i just took about 2-3000 mg of VIT C /day and a good quantity of Echinacea as well. Didn't get malaria, though I know I got exposed more than once. Hope this helps someone!

Hi! I read the comment on remedies for Malaria, where Tom in Thailand mentions the weed/grass Ya Ka as a common local treatment for malaria. Can you please provide any more information on this plant, for instance what its botanical name might be or what it looks like? I have the idea to try growing it here, but maybe it already does. I know locally here in Togo people will take citronelle as a tea against getting malaria, and there is a cloudy green-yellow drink brewed by the local women that is called "malaria drink", and it contains a number of different ingredients including citronelle, ginger, and pineapple rinds. People will drink it in the morning, and it makes you sweat! I also know people here in West Africa will take a strong tea of neem leaves each day as a preventative (but it is *unbelievably* bitter so I found I couldn't keep drinking it.) Anyway, thanks for any info you might be able to provide.
