I tried supplementing with whey protein To help with muscle mass, however it seems I'm sensitive to it . I was experiencing loose bowels. Although I don't have issues with cheese, kefir, cottage cheese, etc, I did try using a supplement to help digest dairy, but that did not seem to make any difference as far as the whey. Do you have any other recommendations or feedback as to how I might be able to consume whey without side effects?
