Super Power Smoothie

8 oz Soy or almond milk
2 tbsp black sesame powder
2 tbsp hemp protein
half or one banana
1 tbsp molasses ( unsulfered blackstrop is my fav )
1 pinch of ginger

drink it slowly.. savoring the flavors..hugely nutricious.
