Hello Steve, I have just tried applying Lugol's Iodine to a fatty lipoma on my upper thigh, for around two weeks, once or sometimes twice a day. It has shrunken to almost nothing - it was almost 3 inches by 1 inch. It is now almost imperceptible. Thank you.

I have a 2" lipoma in my neck and under my tongue. I purchases J. Crow's Lugol's Iodine and am hopeful it will help. I am covering the area on the outside of my neck for now. Can I apply it to the area under the tongue? Will this affect my thyroid?

I went to the dermatologist about a firm, solid lump on my arm. He said it was a lipoma and I could have surgery to remove it. Before I did something invasive- I tried out some natural remedies - none worked - till I tried painting Lugol's iodine on the lipoma. It started working immediately. The lump did not come back!

My wife had a lipoma on her back and after a bit or research decided to treat it by painting 3% lugol's iodine on it twice per day for a few days with a Qtip. Each day it got smaller and smaller until it was gone! I would consider giving this a try.
