I went to the dermatologist about a firm, solid lump on my arm. He said it was a lipoma and I could have surgery to remove it. Before I did something invasive- I tried out some natural remedies - none worked - till I tried painting Lugol's iodine on the lipoma. It started working immediately. The lump did not come back!

Patti - Thanks for sharing your testimony. I've been researching for years for a natural remedy because I don't want to go the surgical removal route either.

May I ask what was the size of your lipoma and approximately how long it took for it to go away? The lipoma on my back is about 2 inches. Just trying to get an idea of how long it would take for me. I know it will vary by each person. Also, what percentage of the iodine did you use and how much per day?

How often did you apply the iodine and how long did it take to get rid of it?

How big was your lipoma?

I have a 2" lipoma in my neck and under my tongue. I purchases J. Crow's Lugol's Iodine and am hopeful it will help. I am covering the area on the outside of my neck for now. Can I apply it to the area under the tongue? Will this affect my thyroid?
