Another example of how microplastics are poisoning us, this time from the outside. I changed underwear brands years ago and while it didn't make the LC go away, it drastically reduced the frequency and intensity of outbreaks. I was wearing a cotton-lycra brand that I liked b/c it fit so well. but I realized after a couple days of wearing cotton underwear with no lycra that it went from an almost constant irritation to barely noticeable almost overnight.

I absolutely agree regarding certain stretch fabrics. The more elastane in jeans, the worse things are as I suffer from this condition too!
