When I get an eye twitch it is directly related to stress. First, I do what I can to reduce the external sources of stress and then, when I'm at home, I do some meditation to calm my mind. I would love to have a regular meditation practice but I am not dedicated enough. I find that after about 1-5 days of doing 15-20 minutes of meditation per day my eye twitch is gone.
