Try taking "Natural Calm", it immediately stops my twitching no matter what part of the body.

YES! Magnesium works for Eye Twitches! Magnesium citrate is the best magnesium, the stuff from the pharmacy does not work well.

I have had intense eye twitching in the last year. It went away but then inexplicably came back. It then went away again. Coincidentally, I have started taking magnesium I probably stopped taking it but then again started taking it. I had not been able to figure out what I was doiing that was making the eye twitch go away but now I know.
