Iodine for High Blood Pressure

I painted my wrists with Lugol's iodine and my blood pressure dropped almost immediately from 145/103 to 134/93. Thank you very much.

I started taking Lugol's Solution (10% Potassium Iodine and 5% Iodine) and within 4 weeks my blood sugar has gone from 7.1 to 4.9. I am not doing or taking anything else so it has to be the Lugol's. My blood pressure has also come down to the extent that I am seriously considering coming off my BP medication. It was routinely 145-155 over 90-96 and now is down to routinely 115-120 over 68-72.
