I had sciatica and my blood pressure was also elevated. I’m 38 and pretty healthy. I noticed my blood pressure was 125/80 which is pre-hypertension. I read potassium and calcium deficiency could be the cause. I started drinking coconut water daily and one day a week, I drink apple cider vinegar water. I went to the doctor today and my blood pressure was 119/80. My diet of meat and vegetables and carbs was the same. I got the happy belly brand.
