SPECIAL PROBIOTICS F0R CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.

Cardiovascular Disease is caused by a built-up of fatty calcium deposits on the walls of the arteries around the heart (Coronary arteries). There is a video available in the net titled “Vitamin K2: What is it? Can it remove your plaque? “. This video is by Dr. Brewer. According to this video, Vitamin K2 guides calcium in the blood to its final destination: bone and teeth. When there is a deficiency of Vitamin K2 in the body, calcium will deposit in the wrong areas like coronary arteries, lung, kidney, etc. Chemical name for Vitamin K2 is Menaquinones. There is an article available in the net titled “Production of Menaquinones by Lactic Acid Bacteria”. According to this article, probiotic bacterial strain Lactococcus Lactis synthesizes Vitamon K2. This is done in the digestive system from the food we consume. If the count of this probiotic bacteria is very low, the production of Vitamin K2 in the digestive system will be low also. Vitamin K2 deficiency is the main cause of cardiovascular disease.

Regarding cholesterol, there is an article titled “Effects of milk products fermented by B. Longum on blood lipids in rats and healthy adult male volunteers”. According to this article, 32 male volunteers with serum cholesterol from 220 to 280 participated in a study for four week. There was a considerable reduction of total cholesterol, triglycerides and bad cholesterol for the male volunteers who took B. Longum for four week. There is another article titled “Effect of Probiotic Lactobacillus on Lipid Profile”. According to this, there was a significant reduction of bad cholesterol for the people who took L. Plantarum and L. Reuteri. According to another article titled “Effects of Probiotics on Blood Lipid Concentration”, L. Plantarum reduces both triglycerides and bad chlolestrol; L. Achidophilus and B. Lactis reduced bad cholesterol. The following probiotic strains play a role in cardiovascular disease in the order of importance:

1) Lactococcus Lactis 2) B. Longum 3) L. Plantarum 4) L. Reuteri 5) L. Achidophilus and 6) B. Lactis.

Out of this six probiotic strains, Lactococcus Lactis is very important since it is involved in the production of Vitamin K2 which is needed for the calcium metabolism. Since I have cardiovascular disease, I searched in the net for more than one hour to find multi strain probiotics containing Lactococcus Lactis.

I found the following probiotics in alphatical order:

1) CaptainBiotic Probiotic. 2) Digestive Bliss Probiotic. 3) INNATE Vitality Women’s probiotic. 4) InnovixLabs Multi Strain Probiotic. 5) NewRhythm Probiotic. 6) Wholesome RAW Probiotic 100 Billion CFU. 7) Terranics Probiotic.

One can do search in the net for any additional probiotics. It is time consuming. Then select a particular probiotic you like most. While selecting probiotics, make sure it contains most of the remaining five probiotic strains. Take one tablet or capsule per day. One can expect good results in about 8 weeks. I am taking one of these probiotics. My calcium blockage is decreasing and I feel great. Only regret I have is that I did not know this treatment earlier. But people who are taking any immune suppressant drug cannot take any probiotics since probiotics will increase immunity level of the body. In my opinion, this is a simple and effective treatment for cardiovascular disease.

I hope the information provided here will be useful.

Best wishes.

NATURAL CURES FOR HEART DISEASE.
SPECIAL PROBIOTICS AND BROCCOLLI SPROUTS.

Metabolism is a term that is used to describe all chemical reactions in maintaining the living state of the cells and the organism. Metabolism can be divided into two broad categories as follows:

1) The breakdown of molecules to obtain energy.
2) The synthesis of all compounds needed by the cells (e.g., vitamins, enzymes, etc.)

According to an article from Mayo Clinic titled “Metabolic syndrome – Symptoms and Causes – Mayo Clinic”, metabolic syndrome is cluster of conditions that occur together, increasing your risk of heart diseases, stroke and type2 diabetes. These conditions include increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride level”. There are at least three diseases associated with metabolic disorders. They are as follows: cardiovascular disease, stroke due to calcium blockage and type2 diabetes. In USA alone, 48.5 % of people suffer from cardiovascular disease and 9.4 % of people suffer from type 2 diabetes. Stroke kills someone in the US about once every four minutes. A metabolic disorder can happen when abnormal chemical reactions in the body alter the normal metabolic process. The gut microbiota which is a population of microorganisms in the human digestive system has an important part in metabolism. One can prevent, control or reverse metabolic syndrome if proper corrective actions are taken.

1) CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
There is a video available in the net titled “Vitamin K2 – What is it? – Does it remove plaque “by Dr. Brewer. This video explains how calcium metabolism problem is the cause of cardiovascular disease since vitamin k2 control calcium metabolism; calcium in our food should reach its final destination bone and teeth. Vitamin K2 deficiency causes calcium to be deposited in the wrong areas such as arteries, lungs, knees, etc. Chemical name for vitamin K2 is menaquinones. There is an article available in the net titled “Production of Menaquinones by Lactic Acid Bacteria”. According to this article, Vitamin K2 is synthesized by probiotic strain ‘ Lactococcus Lactis’ from the food we consume . Probiotic strain L. Reuteri synthesizes Vitamins B12 and B9 and increases Vitamin D3 level. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in metabolism. To cure cardiovascular disease, one can consume multi-strain probiotic capsule / tablet containing probiotic strains L. Lactis and L. Reuteri.

One can do search in the net for brands that satisfy the requirement. One can select the brand based on your criteria. This special probiotic tablet / capsule can be taken half an hour before breakfast ( or as directed by the manufacturer) for 60 to 90 days to see good progress. I have cardiovascular disease for about 40 years. But no one told me that it is a metabolic disease. I was prescribed a lot of chemicals to treat this problem. But I made only a small progress. After watching the video by Dr. Brewer mentioned earlier, I realised that I have metabolic disorder. I started taking special probiotic tablet (one per day) containing L. Lactis and L. Reuteri. One can also take 1 to 2 cups of broccoli sprouts per day. Broccoli sprouts can convert damaged cells in the body ( e.g., damaged cells in the arteries and heart muscles) to normal cells. Now, my calcium blockage is reducing; I am making good progress and feel great.

2) STROKE.
There are two main causes of stroke: a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) or leaking or bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke). But 87 % of stroke are due to a blocked artery. If the blocked artery is due to calcium deposit, probiotic treatment for cardiovascular disease can be used to clear the blockage.

3) TYPE 2 DIABETES.
The human body is home of trillions of bacteria, viruses, fungi and other tiny organisms. They are called microbes. An average healthy adult has about 15 % bad microbes and 85 % good (probiotic) microbes in the digestive system. This can be determined by stool testing. When the gut flora contains too many harmful (bad) microbes and not enough good microbes, an imbalance can occur. This is known as probiotic imbalance or dysbiosis.
There is a video available in the net titled “Type 2 Diabetes may be caused by gut bacteria” from diabetes research centre at The Netherland. According to researchers at that centre, all Type 2 Diabetes have probiotic imbalance in their digestive system. Probiotic imbalance problem can be corrected by Increase the count of probiotic microbes directly by consuming probiotics.

Once the probiotic imbalance problem is corrected, fasting blood sugar level will come to normal level since fasting blood sugar is mostly due to bad microbes in the digestive system. It will take about 2 to 3 months to see improvements.

If a person has more than one medical problem (e.g., cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes), the above treatment will solve both the problems.

Best wishes.

I read many research papers on the use of probiotics for the treatment of Cardiovascular Disease. From these papers, one can come to a conclusion that the following five probiotics in our digestive system mostly determine the bad cholesterol (LDL) level, triglycerides (TG) level and good cholesterol (HDL) level in our blood. They are:

1) Tier I (critical) - B. Longum

2) Tier II ( useful) - L. Plantarum, L. Reuteri, L. Achidophilus and L. Fermentum.

If these five probiotics are in the correct normal levels in our digestive system, we will not get cardiovascular disease. In this, B. longum plays a critical and important role. If some of these five probiotics are well below normal levels, one may get cardiovascular disease and the bad cholesterol, triglycerides, and / or good cholesterol may go to abnormal levels. Also, plaque will start depositing in the arteries.

Milk Kefir contains all these five probiotics. For treating cardiovascular disease, one can take one half cup of home made milk Kefir in the morning on empty stomach for 3 months. To get better results, one can also take B. Longum rich foods or tonic in the evening as follows:

1) 15 cc of Ayurvedic fermented tonic - Hridhayasanthi. or

2) one fourth cup of fermented cabbage.

After this probiotic treatment, bad cholesterol, triglycerides, and good cholesterol will come to correct required levels and plaque in the arteries will start dissolving.

After three months period, one can continue this treatment 2 or 3 days per week until the plaque in the arteries is sufficiently dissolved. This treatment is working very well for me. Others can try this treatment and report the results.

Best wishes, P. Raghavan.
