I had read a lot the last year about cherries and gout. The articles all mentioned specifically tart cherries. I found tart cherries in a pill form from Fruit Advantage and took 2 a day. Within about 3 weeks all symptoms were gone and have stayed away since.

Cherries! Fresh cherries or canned cherries are great for curing the gout.
