This is a follow up on my October 13, 2007 posting.After I tried garlic/ACV the warts disappeared but about a month later they reappeared, with old ones and new ones coming out, and lots of itching. I was desperate, and was ready to go to the doctor again as I thought the home remedy was not being effective after all.
But I decided to give it another chance. I left out all vitamin supplements, and the garlic, and ONLY use ACV. I soaked a piece of cotton in ACV, and left it in place where the warts were, for a full two days and nights, which was painful and had to take a couple of days off from the treatment to allow the place to heal. Then I did again two more days, but this time the area became too raw and painful, so I stopped the treatment. The superficial layer of skin peeled off, and the warts literally came off. A dark patch where some warts had been cryogenically removed some months before (and where the warts had come back too) came off also.
It is very important to keep the area as dry and clean as you possibly can. Remember that the ACV is an acid, and it will cause a chemical burn. Depending on how long the ACV contacts your skin, the ACV can damage the skin, so be careful not to push it too much. Apparently, the tissue the warts are made of is more susceptible to acid attack that the surrounding skin, nonetheless, the surrounding skin will definitely be affected as well, so be very careful.
It took about two to three weeks for the area to totally heal. No scars were left whatsoever, and the area that had been darkened by the cryogen treatment was regenerated to normal skin. So no marks of any kind anywhere.
I have been symptom-free for more than 8 months since that ACV treatment. Am so happy I decided to stick with the ACV, which saved me from embarrassment at the doctor, and from some very expensive bills. I feel better about myself not having these darned warts that made my life miserable and made me feel ashamed. I know, however, that the virus may still be in my system, but I know how to treat it now.

After having weird bumps around my vagina that felt like ingrown hairs, I found a bunch of little genital warts inside my vagina almost all the way to my cervix. I read about using apple cider vinegar on this site, so I thought I'd give it a try before going to my doctor who is always booked for weeks.
At first I tried diluting it and using it as a douche, but that didn't seem to work (about 2 tsp in about a cup of water). So then I tried putting straight ACV on cotton balls and putting them directly on top of the warts. I used the cheapy ACV from the grocery store and left the cotton balls in place overnight. This worked perfectly - they started to disappear within 12 hours and are now almost completely gone.
It definitly burns when you first put them in (especially if you get any on your labia etc.), but it goes away after about 30 seconds and is totally worth it. The whole area also gets a bit tender after its been exposed to a vinegary environment for two days, but I'm thinking that will settle down when I stop using it. I'll report back when they're all gone.
Also, I tried using ACV on the ingrown hair-ish bumps, but that doesn't seem to do anything. They seemed to start going away when I just left them alone.

I was recently diagnosed with Genital Warts..about 4 days ago..The warts were mostly around my anal area and the health dept wouldnt treat me with the TCA? stuff..because of the tissue in that area so after going to 3 different doctors in a matter of 2 days trying to get rid of these things I finally made an appointment with a general surgeon but it was gonna take 2 weeks just to get a consult..I decided that I would try to see what the internet had to offer..I was so excited to find this site..after reading how quickly using ACV had gotten rid of other peoples warts I said why not and decided to try it...I started the treatment yesterday about 2pm and by this morning most of my warts were gone..I just soaked a cotton ball in ACV and placed it where the warts were and left it alone for about an hour or 2...Yes, I will admit it did have alittle of a sting to it the 1st couple of times I did this..but its well worth the pain just to have them gone so quickly!...Thank you guys so much!

ok day three. I have definite scabs on most if not all warts. This looks very promising i applied the acv for thirty min in the morning and once again whit and swollon the warts became, but the scabs are very prominant now so at nite i put on the polysporin. Did the same thing in the morning. So in conclusion if this has worked as planned three days of treatments and about a week of healing to get rid of ALL the warts vs. one freezing wait ten days do it again.... and it might not work. This way is much better safer and faster. Will keep updating from time to time but unless somthing happens drastically all will heal and i will get back to a normal loving life. View Entire Thread

RONG>Apple Cider Vinegar for genital warts: When I read in this site that in three days you could get rid of genital warts using Apple Cider Vinegar, I thought it could work, but not in such a little time... this is what I did: .- First day I applied a small cotton ball soaked in ACV in my anus (two or three small warts were growing there) for about 1 hour after showering. It didn't burn at all.
.- Second day I applied a medium cotton ball soaked in ACV for more than an hour. It burned just a little. Later in the day, after showering at night, I applied a bigger cotton ball soaked in ACV for about 2 hours. This time it burned for the first 5 minutes or so but it went gradually decreasing.
.- Third day applied a big cotton ball soaked in ACV between my butt cheeks in the morning. It really burnt (the whole area had become very irritated). I kept it in place for about 45 minutes (the burning decreased but not as fast as the day before). After I decided to rub some Aloe Vera Gel straight from the plant to soothe the whole area. It works just great !. That evening my anus was so sore that I couldn't apply any more ACV, instead I kept rubbing Aloe Vera Gel from the leave and did it for the next four or five days without using any ACV at all .... and the warts were GONE. Just three applications of ACV !!!
ACV works great on the warts ! ..... but I would advice people not to use cotton balls soaked in it as I did, because in the same way it burns the warts, it burns the sensitive skin around them......... instead I would use a Q-tip soaked in ACV to spot the wart and use a mirror if you don't have someone to do it for you.

I used to treat my genital warts with the stuff that doctors give you : Aldara Creme. With Aldara it took me 2 months to completely get rid of my warts which to me is way to long. I had genital warts break out twice and my second time I decided to try the new remedy that I found on this website: Apple Cider Vinegar. I put Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton ball every night before I went to bed and believe it or not my warts were gone in 3 days!!! The only problem I had when they fell off was that the parts of my skin were exposed and were bleeding. I had to keep rubbing neosporin to keep it from hurting. Other wise, I HIGHLY recommend Apple Cider Vinegar! It's quick and easy to do! :)

I am trying the ACV solution and it is working. I was so excited to come across a site that wasn't charging for info on it's home remedy for genital warts. It's bad enough as it is to deal with, let alone have someone trying to take all your money. After freezing did practically nothing, I've started using ACV as of yesterday. Already my wart is getting smaller. However, after having to tell my boyfriend about this, he's very angry at me and contemplating breaking up with me (after two years of being together) because of it. How do I convince him that it's not the end of the world and there's treatments out there than can get rid of warts?

Wanted to post this to let everyone know if you follow El Har's exact instructions the warts will disappear within just days. El Har you are a life saver. I went to my OB-GYN and was humiliated and he applied ACID which took the warts away but they just came back in a different place. ACV for genital warts. It works! Planned Parenthood did nothing for the genital warts I developed on the outside-but after reading this site (after much internet research) I put this remedy to the test. It took about a week, but the grotesque things are absent. Give it a try, can't hurt.

ACV cured my genital wart. I had a very small genital wart - it had been there for many months and I was embarrassed about it. I couldn't see it (I could have with a mirror and some trouble, but I never did this.) I soaked a cotton ball in ACV and kept it in place with a large bandage. I did this twice a day for two days. After two days it was completely gone. I am really surprised that this worked, and wanted to recommend this method to others as definitely worth a try.

all i did for my anal warts was fold toilet paper like a burrito then soaked it in ACV.i gave it a lil pinch so it wont drip much then put it in between my cheeks & squeezed for 10min consecutively! i did this 2x a day.im not gonna lie it really hurt! for my girl area i pressed the paper down till i felt it sting. you'll know its working when it burns! but its not so bad after the 3rd min or so.the 1st 2 days they turned white/grey & felt them getting rougher & dry! i poured some peroxide over it so it can heal faster & so the germs would die. the area around it hurts cause its raw skin so use a bandaid after 2put over the warts 2help suffocate them (since they need air 2survive & grow) keep them from rubbing & affecting other areas! i stopped on the 3rd day cause the skin was hurting, but i can harly c them now! they r going away! Genital Warts: (This is long but it is WORTH THE READ. I DETAIL HOW TO MAKE THOSE WARTS DISAPPEAR FOR GOOD!!! Don't waste your money on any gimmicks - this advice is free and it worked for me).
I was a HUGE skeptic when I first decided to try a home remedy for my warts. When I first realized I had warts on the shaft of my penis, I cried with shame. I scoured the internet, did tons of research and panic took over as I sought a way to get rid of this taboo STD. And if you stumbled across this website, I'm pretty sure you've felt the exact same thing I've just described. But ladies and gentlemen, SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT of having genital warts a part of your medical history. Before you go see a doctor, relax, take a deep breath, and from this moment forward, put yourself in a POSITIVE state of mind because everything is going to be alright. I found this site MONTHS AGO, but I have waited to post until now (three months later) just to be sure this wasn't a fluke.
To begin, everybody's body is made up a little different, but I swear on everything that is holy and dear to me, this worked for me and I feel like a new man. I followed this procedure and by the third day, my warts fell off:
First, start off by taking a nice warm shower. Clean your whole body, and pay special attention to the area with warts. I suggest taking a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in the shower with you so that after you're done soaping up and rinsing, you can poor it directly on the area just to kill off any wart particles that may cause the nastiness to spread. After your shower, dry off. Get some regular sized bandages, some cottonballs, and some Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). ACV is cheap and any kind will work. Take a bandage and cut a strip of the adhesive part off the bandage. This strip will serve as "tape" to hold the cottonball in place. Then, take a cottonball, rip off a piece that is about the size of the wart, and roll it up nice and tight. Take your little ball of cotton and soak it in ACV. Squeeze it gently so it wont drip, but don't squeeze it so much that the cotton ball is dry. You want to leave some ACV in there so the wart will drink it up.
Next, take the ACV-soaked cottonball piece and put it in the middle of the adhesive strip you cut (on the sticky side). It should stick to the strip. Then carefully, place the cottonball directly over the nasty little wart you want to kill. Gently push the advesive srtip onto your skin, but don't push too hard. Once you've done this, cover that strip with a small bandage to keep in place.
I've read some people report that this stings a bit. It stung a little for me by the second day because ACV might take off a little bit of the good skin around the wart. But TRUST ME, it is worth the sting and after a bit, you should get used to it. If anything, put yourself in the state of mind that "the sting is the wart dying." That will help you to grin and bear it.
Do this in the morning after your shower before you go to work/school/wherever. When you get back home in the evening of the first day, when you take off the bandage and adhesive strip, you should notice the wart to start to turn whitish-grey. Take another shower, and repeat the process of soaping up, soaking in the warm water, and pouring hydrogen peroxide on the wart right before you get out of the shower. Follow the same procedure with the cottonballs, the ACV and the bandage strips and leave it on through the night. When you wake up in the morning, you will notice the wart turning a blackish/dark-grey color. That means its working.
Do this for two more days or until the wart just falls off in the shower. If the skin around the blackish wart turns whitish, that ALSO means it's working.
I think one other person on here has addressed how to take care of your skin AFTER THE WART FALLS OFF. You may notice that when the wart falls off, the skin underneath will be raw. You may see like a little hole in your skin. Thats a good thing, but your REGIMEN DOESN'T END THERE!! Once the wart falls off, if you are in the shower, IMMEDIATELY rinse off the area and pour hydrogen peroxide on the skin. The area will turn white and bubble up (the reaction from the Hydrogen Peroxide killing off the germs). This is a good thing so don't freak out. Then rinse off. You may notice that when you rinse, the raw skin may stay "whitish." That's okay. Thats just the hydrogen peroxide that is in the skin now. When you get out the shower, dab some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and hold it on the new skin for few seconds. Then CAREFULLY take a cottonswab and put some antibiotic on it (like an ointment with zinc oxide in it) and dab it on the raw skin. DON'T smear it all over, just dab it right on the raw skin. Cover it with a bandage, and for extra caution, once you are done putting on the bandage, take some hyrdrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol, dab it on a cotton ball, and wipe the area where the bandaid is just to be sure you aint spreading wart germs.
Repeat this for an additional four to five days and the area will heal up like brand new. You will never even know a wart was there. In total, you can be like new in about 2 weeks time.
In addition to this direct method, I have decided to build up my immune system. This not only has prevented new warts, but I swear I haven't gotten sick AT ALL. Im sure that by now, my body/immune system has killed off whatever virus was in my body that caused the warts.
On a daily basis (and I take this with food so I don't ruin my stomach), I take 1000 mg of vitamin c, 1000 i.u. of vitamin E, 25,000 i.u. of vitamin A (as beta carotene), 50 mg of zinc, 500mg of lysine, an Echinacea and Golden Seal complex pill, a One-a-day multivitamin, and Garlic Supplement pills (2 at a time). I spent only 30 dollars buying all these pills at a drug store, and it has been every bit worth it. They have lasted me already almost four months and I feel great. If you read up on these vitamins, ALL of them are known for either boosting the immune system or helping the body kill viruses. They really really work, I swear by them.
For those of you freaking out about your genital warts, TRUST ME you're not freaking out nearly as much as I did. I almost went crazy living with them. But I followed the advice of people who have been through this before me, and I am passing the advice down to you coupled with my own little tricks. It upsets me that there are so many jerks out there that try to charge you for advice to help you get rid of these nasty little things. I learned everything on this posting on my own, and it WORKS.
Also, I would HIGHLY recommend trying this remedy first. Don't waste your money on unnecessary doctor visits and prescription drugs that are probably gonna do you more harm than good. However, don't take this message to mean you should not see your doctor. If there is something wrong with you, by all means go see him. But for a genital wart that you can get rid of on your own? In such a short amount of time? Save your money, save your time, and follow this procedure. You are not alone, and you WILL get rid of them.

When I was with my ex wife, moles appeared on my penis. After we split up, i wanted these moles off of my penis, cuz if i get with someone, and i have moles on my penis, my partner more than likeley would not have sex with me. Probably would have thought that I had some kind of serious STD. I considered surgery, but going under the knife on my penis, I DONT THINK SO!! So I went on a search online, and found this site. But first, I wanted to be sure that these moles were not an STD. So I went to an STD clinic, to ensure I did not contract anything from my Ex. Tests came back negative for the serious ones, and the moles were not part of an STD. They just grew there, I have moles on my neck too, and they just grew there. Apple Cider Vinegar got rid of my moles on my penis. What I did, is I took some cotton balls, waterproof medical tape, Apple cider vinegar, of course. Well, Ill tell you one thing, u DEFINATELY want to shave your pubic hair before you do this!!! Cuz I did not, and the first time i had to remove my bandage, it was like removing duct tape from my penis, and all the hair removed with it. VERY PAINFULL!! But, I figured out a way to do it comfortably, and effective too. What I did to make it comfortable, first, make it to where you penis is half- erected, soak the cotton balls in the apple cider vinegar, apply the soaked APV cotton balls on the moles, then wrap rolled gause around penis, then put your tape around it firmly. (This next step is for circumsised penis, uncircumsised, im not sure what you would do, just be creative.. this next step is to ensure that your cotton balls dont move when the penis returns to normal. ) make sure you take some excess skin, and push it towards the head, while putting the gause, and tape around the penis. then, tape just under the head, where u put that excess skin at, and wrap tape very firmly ( this will make sure that the skin dont retract when the penis returns to normal ) just under the head. Change bandage twice a day. My two moles were gone in 4 days. I only had to do the bandage thing for only 2 days. After the 2nd day, they were black, hard, and sore and on the 4th day, they fell off. This is nothing short of a miracle. Now whenever I want to have sex with someone, I no longer feel embarressed. Thanks Earth Clinic!!! I found a wart and was obviosuly mortified. After searching the web, I bought a product called "Warts No More" which did absolutely nothing. It did however make my wallet "Money No More". I then, found this website and tried the Apple Cider Vinegar to remove the genital wart. I cut off the end of a q-tip, soaked it with the ACV, squeezed it so it wasnt dripping but was sure to leave a lot in it and also removed the cotton attached to the band-aid so it wouldn't soak up the remainder. I applied in the AM and PM. First day it turned white and second day it turned grey. Barely any discomfort and on the third day during my shower it just fell off! Now I have a small scab that is healing nicely. Should be all healed in 3-4 more days. I simply can't believe this worked and thanks to all for posting your comments. You saved me!!!

I found 2 little bumps when I shaved. First thought they were ingrown hairs.....but the itched. So I found this site. I tried ACV but I starting getting more bumps..I also took imune boosting vitamins. The ACV did burn a little a few days after using it. I didnt sleep with it though. Just applied 2 times a day. I called my doc and he prescribed condylox. That stuff burned but did get rid of them fast. Made it painful wearing pants to work for days though. I am not sure how often these will break out.

Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing. I've had a stubborn genital wart and,after finding this site, I started dabbing apple cider vinegar on it morning and night for about 2 weeks. Doing it this way produced no results. I came back to this page to re-read the posts and 3 nights ago I snipped off a piece of a cotton ball, soaked it in ACV, and strapped it to my penis with a bandaid, as outlined in other posts. I'm astonished! By morning, it had turned white. By midday it turned purple, like a blood blister. I repeated this for the last 2 nights. The wart is black, dry and hard, and looks like it will fall off, but now the skin around the wart is irritated, very sensitive, and a bit painful and red. So, last night, I used a q-tip and carefully put vaseline around the wart (not on the wart) before I put the bandaid on and it worked to protect the healthy skin from the ACV. I can't believe the results after only three days. I'll post again after it's gone.

after seeing some bumps arise around my genitals i thought they were pimples since i never had genital warts before, but after trying to squeeze the puss out of them and nothin happening i figured out it was something else to after diagnosing myself from research on the internet and photos i figured out i had genital warts. i went to the clinic and they put some iodine looking solution on it that couldnt be on my skin longer than 2 hours and said that it would go away. i washed it off after an 1hr. I figured i had to give the wart some time to go down so i waited for 3 months and nothin happened it didnt even get smaller. by that time i didnt have insurance and the doctor wasnt an option on my budget, i needed something inexpensive that would work. So i began researching natural remedies for removing GW. After reading about ACV i thought it wouldnt work, im not even gonna lie, because theirs so many different medicines out there that are so expense and this one you can buy at the grocery store for a dollar, but i didnt have anything to lose and everything to gain if it worked.so i went i got some apple cider vinegar from my local grocery, went home and i soaked a cotton ball in ACV and taped it to the warts, it burned a little but i had read to expect that so i didnt worry. i could endure the pain if it worked. i went to sleep with the cotton ball taped and in the morning my GWs had shrunk half their size and were turning black. so the next night did the same thing and in the morning i could see the warts dissolving into my skin, i used first aid ointment to heal the skin after the wart came off. and amazingly this process removed the warts in 4-5days. I was so happy the only thing i was mad about was that i didnt find out about this months ago

I had been using the Aldara prescription cream for genital warts for weeks and had several side effects. I read about using the apple cider vinegar and realized I had nothing to lose. I have tried it for three days and mine are completely gone. I applied it to a cotton ball and placed it in the vaginal area and left it overnight. The next morning after I showered I would place another saturated cotton ball inside my panties while I dressed. In three days, they are gone. I do not know if I have any inside my vagina - I hear this is common. Has anyone tried douching with this to see if it works or is painful? It does burn but it works immediately and well worth a little burning. And it didnt burn nearly as much as the prescription stuff. Best of luck to you!

Apple Cider Vinegar for Genital Warts: It's not a placebo! I had a wart for 3 years that protruded about 1/4 of an inch out of my labia. Last night, I soaked a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and bandaided it to the area. Today, it was half its original size. I expect it will be gone within the next couple days. It felt a little odd, but there was no burning yet, although the vinegar did burn a little where I had shaved. The burning probably doesn't start until it begins to fall off. Just remember: the virus isn't necessarily gone when the warts are and this has been linked with cervical and penile cancers so get regular pap smears/check ups and keep practicing safe sex.

WOW!! is all I can say I have had a med size wart on my penis for the past 4 months and didn't want to go to the doctor. I have had a few in the past and have gone to have them burned of it hurt like hell. I tried ACV on a cotton ball held on with a bandade and after 24 hours it is black and getting loose aroung the edges. I tried pulling on it and it bleed a little so its not ready yet so I put the cotton ball back on and know it will soon be gone. So thrilled I tried this natural cure it really works.

I found this site by browsing google when I found I had contacted the HPV viris that caused GW. I started using ACV from the grocery store and within 3 days one of the warts was gone. it was like my skin kicked it out. I i have 3 more to go and I am on week 2. They are the oldest ones. I am guessing strongest to. It has been 9 days since that first one disapeared and it shows no sign of returning. I am going to start taking ACV with water as soon as I can get to the Holistic store. I am also taking 2000 mg of Vit C a day. I know my immune system is week because I spent the last year not eating enough to loose weight. I also us Melaleuca oil (T36-C5) It is great stuff. Hepls with healing icthing and is a great anti bacterial. I have to us it sparingly in the vaginal area because it strips away the good bacteria and caused me to have a miner yeast infection. ~ ill up date soon...

re: ACV for anal warts. A few months ago I was horrified to find out a huge wart in between my butt cheeks. Soon later two more appeared as well very close to my anus. This intrigued me since I had tested negative for HPV on the year before (I am VERY paranoid about safe sex and such). I couldn't tell anyone about it because I couldn't explain how a guy can get this kind of stuff. So I searched online for natural cures (I'm all against Big Pharma , so a natural solution was a must). I searched online and found about ACV to be used topically, so that night I placed a huge moist cotton ball with ACV against my anus and went to bed. The next day was a bit uncomfortable as things got swollen, but I went on with it for another night. On day 3 I woke up and took a shower, and to my surprise the big one just fell off right on my hand! It was all black and seemed very spongee. But after two nights things were burning a bit, so I waited for everything to go back to normal before proceeding with the treatment.
Results: they were all gone by the 3rd application and haven't returned. Since then I have been using ACV on my face and I no longer have ingrown hair problems or razor burns. I also take it internally, 2tbsp with water and blackstrap molasses (I love it! Beats having a pop). My skin is great, BO is not an issue anymore, and things just seem to be going well. Thank you all for posting your comments and saving me from a very embarrassing visit to the doctor that would result in expensive and ineffective burns/freezes. It's nothing short of a miracle.

THE VINEGAR WORKS !!!! after only 3 days the small ones have turned black and one or two have fallen off. The larger one is flaking wich I take to be a good sign that its peeling itself away. I wrap my penis in gause bandage soaked in ACV - really stings but you grin and bear it because you can see the results.

I am currently using ACV alone because I cannot find any tea tree oil. It burns a little but its not too bad. hopefully these warts will be gone by the time i go back to school for my second semester. i wanted to know if anyone has any other symptoms with this virus [ie. foul urine and itchiness]. thanks.
