I use a 8 to 1 mixture of Gylcerin and Iodine Tincture (colored) to treat my genital herpes. I find it works very very well. I dont really know how the combination work so effectively. I know that both ingredients have good anitbacterial, anitfungal, and germicidal properties. I cant find much about the mixture online. Maybe someone should do a study..
