A young family member was just diagnosed with gastroparesis. After I was suffering from a bad gluten allergy, doubling over in pain, I would recommend George's Aloe Vera as it tastes like water and not difficult to swallow. If apple cider vinegar is ever taken, please make sure it's Braggs with the mother as the others are too harsh even for a person with a healthy stomach.
