I got frozen shoulder beginning March 21st. I tried many things listed to try to stop the pain and some that weren't listed. DMSO, Castor Oil, Magnesium Oil, Epsom Salt Baths & Epsom Salt directly on my shoulder, Iodine orally and topically and (1) 5 mg hydrocodone pill and none of it touched or reduced my level 10+ pain.

Topical Coconut Oil Helped a little. I rubbed Ivermectin Horse Paste on it and that gave me instant relief for a few hours, but it didn't last longer than that.

I realized after reading some others reviews from some that got it at the time of the onset of a flu that it must be caused by a virus as I had a fever of 101 off and on for 5 days. I finally kicked the fever using egg whites on my feet overnight with socks on.

I had some Bulk Supplements Lysine, but it must've been too old, because it wasn't as effective as the Solaray 500 mg Lysine Capsules I finally bought at Vitamin Shoppe. Took 6 yesterday (3,000 mg total) and 10 today (5,000 mg total). Pain is 90% better and so is range of motion of my left arm.

Drank 1 cup of Lemon Balm Tea (2 tsp per cup) both last night and tonight as well.

I finally looked up Shingles causing Frozen Shoulder and found an article about it. You can read the full details in the link below.
