I am thankfull for your comments and earthclinic-initiative. So I like to contribute the following:
As many women I am suffering from uterusmyoma, specially extremly heavy bloodloss. All myoma are intramural, instead of 70 g the uterus is already 700 g with multiple myoma (7-9 cm the biggest ones)
The most important thing I learned about is substituting the iron and mineral loss. This is the first and livesaving thing to do and it wins you the necessary time for diet changes, medication etc.
Gynaecologists are often unaware, but one can count the monthly amount (with moon cup or large tampon 12-15 ml, extra large tampon 15-18 ml, completely full, half full etc.) Normal and absolut maximum are 80 ml/whole period. If it's more it is hypermenorrhagia and a sign for myoma (or other gyn-probs).
With this you can count the amount of iron you need to supply, the bloodloss : 2 = ironloss, because there are more ingredients in it, not only iron. You need also check your blood (transferrin, ferrin, iron) to know your status and neither to under- nor to oversupplement. There are countingmachines on the internet, outgoing from ferrin/transferrin (current) to wished ferrin status etc. to find the amount that fits you.
To my experience doctors heavily undersupplement. In my worst months I lost 390 ml periodblood, so if one takes only 15 mg iron with 1-2 % absorption rate this leads automatically to anaemia and ironinfusions (which can lead to severe health problems like anaphylactic shock).
So I decided on ironbisglycinat, because it has a higher absorption of 10-20% according clinical studies and dosages of 100-300 mg a day (depending on the monthly blood loss, brand vitabay). I intake these with vitamin c in time released form plus bitter herbs last before sleep without any stomach problems. In the morning would be also possible.
What doctors also ignore is that the body needs a lot more than iron to create blood, so check on supplements like magnesium, Vitamin B12, Folat, Vitamin A. Vit. A deficiency can simply be checked by touching the skin of your upper arms, if the skin is little rough with small peppels you most probably need Vitamin A like I did.
Eat healthy with high mineral and iron rich foods like nettles, green legumes, nuts, carots etc. to minimize mineral loss.
Next step is urgently reducing the blood loss which I am working on since several months. Hormon problems generally need several cycles to harmonize, so one needs patience.
I try all I know together, which are proven by clinical studies, recommended by naturopaths, other women with myoma etc. so these possible remedies are:
+ greentee extract with black pepper (EGCG) 3x/day (tigovit brand) plus bio curcuma (6g/day in water, meals with little fat) to reduce myoma & inflammation
+ Berberis/Uterus complex 3x15 globuli (Wala brand) to reduce myoma
+ natural progesteron of yams after ovulation (depends on age and hormon status, I am 46 years, so premenopaus, 20% did not work out for me, so 60-80% Vitabay brand) to reduce oestrogendominance, thus stop myomagrowth
+ teamixture daily to reduce blood loss, cleanse the uterus and harmonize hormon levels (please translate with google from German to your languahe/english): Brennesselblätter, Blutwurz, Edelgamander, Frauenmantel, Hirtentäschel, Mistelkraut, Schafgarbe, Silbermantelkraut, Ackerschachtelhalm plus during menstruation: Eichenrinde.
There is a known german naturophat (in German: Heilpraktiker) called Margaret Madjewsky, if you google her plus "Myom" there pops up an article (in German so google translate will be a help) on all her recommended methods treating myoma (I wrote about the ones I chose for myself above)
I switched one year ago to a vegan diet regularly including natural soj products like tofu, drinking water from glas flasks (no plastic if possible), quit sugar, transfats, processed food. I lost overweight (15 kilos) which is necessary to reduce the overproduction of oestrogen by changing diet and the help of an ayurvedic practicioner/ ayurvedic herbal remedies WITHOUT moving or more sports, thus it became easy.
Thanxxs for the blackstrap molasses plus ACV recommendations here on earth clinic, which I integrated in my remedy list.
If you want to share other renedies that worked for you, especially reducing the blood loss, please let me know.
Keep fighting for my uterus!

I have been diagnosed with Fibroids about 4 years ago. I had 3 measuring about 5cm, 4cm and the last one 3cm.
At the point of my diagnosis I was only 25 and was having very heavy periods with extremely big clots. I seeked the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine and didnt follow through too welll as I often forgot to take my medication and it tasted putrid. I was single then and it didn't really hit me that fibroids can potentially cause infertility.
Now, im married and TTC for about a year, after trying and trying without success, I decided to research on natural remedies to help shrink fibroids. I also went for a scan to check the size of my fibroids before embarking on the natural route to shrinking my fibroids. They were 6cm+, 5cm+ and 3cm+ (they had grown)
I started taking
I did all this continuously for about a month and a half up till now and even brought them on holiday trips. I recently went for a Pelvic Ultrasound and intravaginal and they found that 2 of my fibroids were 4-ish cm and the third was 3cm. To me, this was a big improvement. my periods are way lighter and alot less painful and clots reduced by 90%.
I told myself that I'd pay it forward and share my experience with everyone going through the same pain and struggles as I am. I am religiously continuing the above remedies daily without fail and have changed my diet to fruit juices as far as possible (orange, apple, ginger, pineapple, a dash of tumeric, flax and chia seeds)
Last but not least, I do castor oil packs daily when my AF is over.
I hope this helps those struggling with fibroids.

My fibroids had caused me a miscarriage and was hurting my back . I did those changes for a summer, not only did I lose about 30 lbs bit when I went for check up, fibroids were almost non existent. The point of natural remedy is to decrease the estrogen. Stress, animal foods etc. Feed fibroids. Don't feed the fibroids and they will shrink. Since all that success I started talking to that bloke again.. needless to say I feel a small one but I'm getting rid of him for good. For me that's my source if stress. Good luck.

But am here to testify that God has completely healed me of all the pain, cysts and the fibroids. Am here to encourage someone that it's not the end of the road if you in a similar situation, there's a way out.
1. Most importantly, I have been praying, praying, and praying to the Almighty Father.
2. Have been taking 1 tbs BSM, ACV, BS twice a day
3.1tbs turmeric, cayennepepper, cinnamon, cumin and blackpepper powder.
4. 3 litres Beet, carrot, radish and carrot juice daily
5.Milkthistle and Maca root capsules
6. Changed my diet completely and stuck to an Alkaline one
7. Castor oil packs each night
In less than 7 weeks, the cysts and tumor were all gone!

DIM plus 6/day (gets rid of bad estrogen that causes fibroids or cysts)
Vitex 2/day (levels out your progestin to keep estrogen balanced
Iosol Iodine (water soluble kind not the ones for cuts) 4-5 drops daily in about 2 ounces of water or juice ( most women with cysts or fibroids are low on iodine (Google it).
Organic Castor Oil soaked (not dripping) on a flannel rag/cover with plastic wrap/place heating pad over plastic wrap/lie down for 1. 5-2 hrs. 5/week when you can relax and complete the 1. 5-2 hrs. Except on period days (causes increased circulation so it may increase bleeding) (castor oil will help shrink the fibroids (PLEASE use a BPA FREE container) to store flannel soaked rag after use (can resuse several times til oil starts to smell) add more oil in container over flannel when you use next time
Serrapeptase try for 10 mg. Take by directions at least 3/day (I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT) (I tried to take this product but it caused nausea for me at the time) I have since taken it and was fine, no nausea (it is an enzyme from the silkworm (all natural) and it eats away fibrin in our bodies which can be blood clots, cysts, and mainly, our concern, fibroids. (Google it for info and reviews) If you get nauseated with the Serrapeptase you can try Nattokinase (it is from a fermented soy and does the exact mission as the Serapeptase to rid the body of fibrin (you can Google it also)
I also alkalined my body with homemade organic lemonade/with stevia or trivia (natural do not use sugar) (all throughout the day) and I used PH drops to put in my water 3/day (especially 1 of the times about 2:30 - 3:00 in the morning if you get up for the bathroom) as per Ted saying this is one of the highest acidic times (so great time for the drops) if possible PLEASE AVOID red meat, chicken, eggs, milk, or creamers that are not organic b/c they contain hormones that have estrogen effects, (estrogen feeds your fibroids and makes them grow) Also if possible use BPA FREE plastics to drink in and store food
I HIGHLY recommend these products I know they work w/o a doubt. Give them at least 2. 5 months please, possibly 3 to see difference. You should absolutely feel a difference in the size of the fibroids or cysts outside of your uterus when you lie down. It may seem like a lot to take but I now have no fibroids like I did (it was worth for me and so quickly)
please contact me if you have more questions and I wish the best for you, sincerely Sheree (wishingsoon(at)yahoo. Com) I make no profit on these products I just use them with MUCH SUCCESS

Try this: 1 Tb ACV, add 1/8 tsp aluminum free baking soda and let it bubble up for about 20 seconds. Then add 100% apple juice (as much as you like) and drink it. You'll feel a difference in your PMS symptoms as well- almost no crankiness. I call it my "Happy Juice. " LOL
Hope this helps!

I have wrote on here a couple times and this is my 1 year update. My anemia is gone, my iron has been normal for voer a year now and my periods are light and normal. I was in really bad a shape over 2 yrs ago and although I was only 40 my Dr. wanted me to get a hysterectomy. I refused and did tons of research about fibroids and anemia. This is what I learned:These are the things I did immedietly: Got off the pill, Fibroids are cause by estrogen so I figured why feed it more? I did the BSM in Cream of Wheat with raisins(cream of wheat, raisins and black strap molasses are very high in Iron and you will be feeling better)every morning, Apple Cider Vinegar with apple cider at night and watched what I ate and drank. Caffeine and alcohol effects fibroids and can make bleeding worse. Don't take your iron with calcium or calcium fortiifed OJ.
My routine for the past year has been:
Glass of green juice every morning ( I drink Odawalla), if I drink coffee I order a single shot only, and have only one a day. My vitamins are Garden of Eatin Perefect Food (more green minerals and vitamins) Women's Living Green Liquid-Gel Multi Vitamin, Irwin Naturals, (lots of minerals and vitamins from plants) DIM(helps regulate estrogen), B-100, Evening Primrose Oil, and occasionaly Iron Picolate during my cycles. I've come to the point that if I don't need the iron it will make me nauseated.
I'm telling you this has worked for me! And I tried all kinds of things! I read tons of books, posts, tried this that! But thak God I did not listen to my Dr. and get a hysterectomy! At one point my cycle was so bad I almost passed out! My iron was 24! So don't think maybe her problems weren't that bad! They were bad and I was really scared!
So, I hope this helps someone out there, our bodies are amazing and when they try and tell us something we just gotta listen and rethink the way we do things. Good luck and feel free to write if you have any questions!
