After strength training hard at the gym the other morning, I was shocked to see a burst blood vessel in my eye. Within 24 hours the blood had spread more throughout my eyeball and it looked very distressing. In addition to preservative free refresh drops that are cooled in the fridge, Arnica Montana 30c 4 times a day is supporting this healing and helping my body reabsorb the blood. Essentially this is an eye bruise, and I’m glad I found something that is supporting the healing. I will continue to take it for a full week.
